  • The plaintiff says she gave the defendant a refundable down payment on an apartment for rent, but he refuses to return it unless she had sex with him. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant claims the plaintiff knew the deposit was non-refundable, and he’s countersuing for a month’s lost rent.

      Judging from her accent, she's an immigrant who underestimated the cost of living in an area such as Los Angeles. Sure it looks pretty, but reality hits quick if you can't support yourself, and being unable to speak fluent english makes it harder to get a job, as im sure she has found out. Humans tend to trust individuals with similar likeness to them, in this case the characteristic is their location of origin, the Ukraine. It's easier to understand this rational if you're not native to the country you're living in. It's like finding a fellow american living in China out of the millions of chinese people, someone who can guide you in an unfamiliar place, yes you would be more inclined to trust that individual solely because of your geographical origin and the fact they can communicate and relate to you. It makes you feel more safe to be with those more like you in unfamiliar areas, to lessen any chance of danger you might come across. She said it herself, that she met him off a "Russians living in Los Angeles" facebook group. She was looking for individuals she can relate to and communicate easier with so that she doesn't feel so alone in such a large foreign city.

    I stopped renting my rental house when the tenants have more rights than me. They are hard to evict and I came out fixing damages. I am not a slum landlady with a good reputation. Lesson learned on house rental.
    However, I have commercial property I rent out for parking and storage. Eviction is easier and is working out quite nicely. My tenants are happy and long term.

      @davidswick8571 Před 3 lety +5

      Here is the thing, uploading a case a second time with a different title means they get more hits with zero effort to provide everybody with a new case. The old cases are still there for those that have already watched it and for you to watch it if you have not already. You not seeing the case that was uploaded at an earlier date does not mean it will just go away, you could still watch it. Meanwhile, uploading a case a second time is a way to get views without doing any work.

    • @LunchMeatTrump
      @LunchMeatTrump Před 3 lety +5

      I really wish people would quit using this stupid excuse. NOTHING is free! This channel AND CZcams is getting paid for my time, your time, and ''everyone else's'' time, and if they do not provide a good viewing experience, they make less money. ''Everyone else'' does not need to see the same episode either! It isn't just one person that dislikes them uploading old episodes with new titles trying to trick people into clicking. Just because you do not value your time does not mean ''everyone else'' has to feel the same. YOU can simply say something like don't watch if you don't like it, but I promise you that the person getting paid per views would highly disagree with you when they start getting less viewers. Us people commenting on how we want the videos to be are the reason channels change and grow and appeal to wider audiences. People who accept lesser always end up with...lesser...

    I don't think he said that. Maybe he said FU I am not refunding your money. People can accuse others of nearly anything without proof. That accusation sticks for life even if it's proven to be a lie by the accuser.

    I dont get why he would just randomly ask her to have sex with him, twice no less for him to return the money when she asks for it back. You never know he could have but he could have not too. Her texts to him tho saying about how disgusting it was for him to ask her that and him not reply at all to the accusations she said to him makes it a little believable though. If anyone didnt say that an get a text like that would flip out an defend them selves immediately an not jus ignore it.
