I know it's his brand, but it's so funny because he is giving great info in a serious tone that forces you to take him seriously, yet his shirt off which distracts and makes you think it's going to be way different/sexualized. @31kmiller I will do, I've just started my yoga teacher training and that's the way my teacher taught me to do bird dog but I love learning from other people. I like Tim Sinesi for the same reason, he's excellent at describing how and which muscles to engage. Few teachers do that in a class because they've got so much to get through and so many students. When I start classes I'm going to be a bit different to my experiences. I have spinal conditions and I would rather take more time over postures than fire through them with my students. I'm a great believer in self education, thanks again for the recommendation x

I have spinal conditions and I found yoga to be the best thing for me, that and my teacher was a retired physio plus she was amazing! I would never have known about this guy if I hadn't left that comment and you hadn't replied. I always say that we need to all be nicer to each other because nobody knows when they might need that person. Especially in the world of social media, it's made the world a lot smaller and how people choose to use it is up to them. I'm sticking with be nice, supportive and helpful where you can be.
