For 6' gotta put in your own comfort cushioning. Has a Jordan 1 flat board feeling, but slightly more comfortable than 1. Both shoes needs better cushioning. I actually wish Nike would update the retro's and put Zion 1 cushioning in. Those pods in Zion 1's can make such a huge difference in many shoes. Ordered
