5 lbs. chicken quarters
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. rosemary
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. dry parsley
1 tbsp. sazon yoga
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp. adobo seasoning
1 tbsp. oil or melted butter

I've made this twice, and making it again tonight. It's so simple and good. chicken comes out crispy and juicy. I add some extra evoo, lemon and rosemary on the side to dip and it makes it even more succulent. 10/10

Made this for Thanksgiving yesterday and we loved it! The chicken was very flavorful! The only thing I did differently was I cooked it on 400 for an hour or two longer due to our chicken quarters being larger and thicker. And I marinated it in the refrigerator for 3 days. Also, before cooking it I allowed the chicken to sit out for an hour to get room temperature.

350 is too low. It wonât get the skin crispy. 400 is the way to go.

I just cooked this for mid day dinner before going into work in a couple of hours. I copied the whole entire recipe down 2 the measurements and it came out great! I did add a bit of extra to the seasonings thou. I had some Carribean Jerk Seasoning leftover from some wings I got from Hooters awhile back ago. I added it to the recipe and it was Yummy Yummy! I used what seasoning I had along with fresh herbs. Mine took quite a bit longer than 45 minutes but it smells divine. I incorporated some baking powder..a lil over a tablespoon and the last 5 minutes put it under the broiler..crisp up the skin. Delish. Love cooking with you! (Before I decided to check your method out (so glad I did!) , Iâd already cut up the leg quarters. Iâd probably do that again. I always go heavier on the spices when Iâm looking for ideas on your channel. A good thing!. Thanks! (Nest time Iâm at the grocery store, Iâm gonna stock up on some Goya products and use your exact spices)

I made this recipe last night and it was delicious! - I cooked it at 350 degrees and it took about an hour for the thermometer to register 160 degrees in the thickest part of the chicken. The chicken was the juiciest and most flavorful I had had in a very long time!
