Are you allowed to tie the neck part before placing arms in gown? I have a shoulder impingement and tiring behind my neck is difficult ? I can tie behind my back but the neck is difficult 😞
@@NURSEJAR No... where is your goggles and N95mask or surgical mask...Becuase we are tested on how to put on PPE and take off PPE, which are put on: GOWN, Surgical MASK or N95 Respirator, GOGGLES, then GLOVES. That is the order of DONNING/Putting on PPE
Pass my skills thanks to your videos and many others videos 🎉

Does it matter if you untie neck before waist? Booklet says waist then neck.
I had the hardest skills and passed them all I got failed on this and I did it this exact same way. I’m rescheduling but this is so unfair.
Was it for the wrist touching top of outside gown? The usually tell you what step you missed
I don’t know

Hi, Melissa! Unfortunately, no, you must put on the gown, first, then tie the neck and waste straps.
Where is the rest of your PPE
Hi, Nicola! What do you mean? For testing, you are evaluated only on the donning and doffing of gown and gloves.

Hi, Angie! Not quite sure what you are asking. I am demonstrating how to perform this individual skill for testing.
