    No hate sa sales agent ng geely. But for people who are in to sales career for B to B set up.
    Here's some advices that may help you
    *Dont treat your clients like a B to C clients na pay and go sila.
    * Build professional relationship with your clients. This will generate more sales prospect for you. Once na maganda ung pakikitungo mo sakanila they can refer you through word of mouth.
    * Always follow up on your client. Wag mo naman oras oras. Day to day would do. For ex. 1st day you'll give call and then on the second day leave a message. With this they will know that you are with them.
    *Also ask on how you can be of assistance to your clients. Wag mo sila hintayin magsalita but don't over do this na di mo na sila pinagsasalita. More like. Ibigay mo na ung need nila bago pa nila maisip na need nila un. With this you can close sales better.
    * Be flexible (terms, discussion etc.) Don't tell them na fixed na or this is the deal. Play with your company's terms payments if ito ung concern ni client. With this maiisip ni client na nakakatulong ka or you are giving them a good deal when in fact you are just getting them in a position where both of you can benefit (sales ka and clients satisfaction)
    * AFTER SALES IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT. once nakabili na sila or na close na yung deal. Please do a follow up congratulations or thanks para ma acknowledge din ung process na pinagdaanan niyo *does it make sense? Haha*
    *From time to time kamustahin mo sila. Just like I've mentioned. They may refer you to other buyers or potential clients niyo.
    * Treat them as your friend but don't go beyond the boundaries.
    *GEELY Philippines*
    Sojitz G Auto Philippines Corp.
    Goodluck on more sales and hoped nakatulong ako sa mga sales person na nandidito sa comment section :)

I am not actually sure about sa sinasabi ninyong matakaw sa gas pero base sa (DTE / Capacity) 10km/l ang average ninyo which is okay naman. I cannot say na Hyundai Reina good sya pero for the power range sa gasoline type, I think okay lang naman sya. Tingin ko nadrive ninyo lang ito madalas sa traffic.

    Hi fellow southie, planning on getting a gcr sport in a couple of months right after I sell my 5 year old ride. A bit apprehensive (a little bit lang naman) in taking the plunge cos i'm currently a diesel vehicle owner, and the gcr chugs a lot of gasoline. Any words of inspiration for those sitting on the benches? Thanks, in advance.

    • @LivingintheSouthOfficial
      @LivingintheSouthOfficial  Před 2 lety +15

      I came to terms already with the gas po. First, I just need to stop looking at the numbers since they take out some of the joy of the driving experience po. For me, I never really mind the gas consumption kasi each vehicle I was able to drive had their values.
      1. Kia Picanto - sobrang tipid, reliable, easy to drive, lamig ng AC -- but cannot drive reliably in long distances and ang struggle ng parts availability (compared to a toyota or mitsubishi)
      2. Mitsubishi Strada - pinaka matipid kasi deisel, kahit ibundok or putik kayang kaya, kahit saan pwedeng dalhin with no fear of getting stuck, super reliable -- but masikip for passengers and sobrang laki na medyo mahirap imaniubra on tighter roads or parking spaces
      3. Mitsubishi Adventure - daming masasakay at matulin -- but ang gastos sa gas, matagtag ang ride, nahihilo mga kids
      4. Geely Coolary - matulin, hindi nakakahilo sa kids, lamig ng AC (at sobrang dami pang iba) -- but magastos sa gas (mas magastos parin adventure), hindi sure sa long-term quality, hindi sure sa parts availability.
      Eto lang masasabi ko, so far, wala pa akong naririnig sa GCR group na common parts issue d tulad ng mga common cars na me issues sa fuel pump or transmission, etc. Usage issue lang mga concerns kasi nga mmedyo hi-tech.
      If you plan to buy a GCR, get the comfort or the sport limited (skip the premium or the sport variant) then find an agent na you feel comfortable speaking with kasi this is a big leap of faith to buy. Yes, my reviews now are good kasi my experience have almost exclusively been good pero once this car starts to show it's age, who knows where I can take this for reliable repairs. Kaya we have to trust casas for now...but who knows po, with the amount of GCR on the road and the passionate owners and community, it's only a matter of time before guys like me will share repair and maintenance tips on the internet.
      I want to help you decide. What cars are you looking at right now? In our case kasi it was the ertiga and xpander and since nasa same price range lang sila with GCR and we're less than 5 lang naman -- the GCR was a steal for us.
      If this was helpful to you and if you have yet to subscribe, please do -- it helps the channel grow. Thanks for watching

    • @LivingintheSouthOfficial
      @LivingintheSouthOfficial  Před 2 lety +5

      In-house po yung sa amin. Forr me po if you have the money, go for the highest DP and lowest monthly you can afford.
      However for us po kasi kaya namin knuha yung sa in-house na low dp kasi we decided to save the rest of the cash and re-invest it on other things which can help support future payments of the vehicle -- specifically sa business po.
      Both cases are good po and it's just a matter of what you can utilize talaga. If you don't do investments or d ka ngpapaikot ng pera then no need to learn that and stress over it.

      You're right po about the fuel pump. We will be discussing that soon sa ating other channel (czcams.com/users/oridemedia) why letting the gas fall below 1/4 is bad in the long run.

    Almost had the chance to buy GCR. Buti pagkauwi ko nagbasa-basa ako sa mga fb groups and read about it's very high fuel consumption. Napapa-isip ako ngaun, masakit talaga yung consumption niya for city driving lalo we both have very familiar traffic condition as I live in Paranaque. I was actually sold nung na-test drive ko siya and supposed to be our 2nd car pero yun nga, gas consumption wise and feel ko hindi naman namin gagamitin other than city driving. God bless sir for the very informative video.

      City driving po talaga magastos sya. Okavango and Azkarra has a slightly better fuel consumption thanks to having a mild hybrid system but nothing to write home about talaga. Hi I love your reviews for Geely CoolRay at convinced an ako regarding as reliability nya, there's only 1 thing that plays in my mind an pumipigil sa pa purchase, at ito yung .....paano pag after 5yrs yung tapos na yung free maintenance? cost ng maintenance, parts like yung usual na pinapalitan like timing belt, fuel filters, aircon filters etc.....(baka presyong volvo din hahahaha!)available din ba ito sa mga suking automotive stores natin? been looking for this in youtube but wala pa, bka if ever your the first one :)

    • @LivingintheSouthOfficial
      @LivingintheSouthOfficial  Před 2 lety +5

      Honestly, I spoke po with Volvo and they told me that Geely is not Volvo. Some of the tech did came from Volvo pero they are redone for Geely and Geely has it's own manufacturing process and brand. Even the quality are not the same.
      To answer your question about parts po -- Geely will never be like toyota, mistubishi, or honda in terms of parts cost or availability kasi almost no-one can -- even kia or hyundai or even suzuki hirap umabot dun kasi iba talaga demand ng top 3 brands.
      To help with price cost, nasa economics na po sya ng demand and supply and also source. Most of the more affordable parts for japanese brands are china, taiwan, or korean and their quality also slightly varies. Pag galing casa, madalas mas mahal kasi original or OEM sya -- not syaing not original yung nasa parts shop pero they arre mostly replacements or surplus.
      What does this all mean for us in 5years?
      A. if the Coolray reaches the level of fortuner, vios, or mirage in terms of sales we can expect the prices of parts to almost be the same as them.
      B. if the Coolray does not reach that level, parts will still be available but will cost the same as hyundai, mazda, or kia.
      Is it worth it? For me, since I religiously maintain my cars -- yes. I also have my own trusted mechanic and we know how to source parts online so not a big problem in terms of that. This is also not my only car kaya if this breaks down even if I have to wait 2-3months, I can somehow manage.
      What I can say for you po is this -- pick a car sa toyota, honda, or mitsubishi with the same price as the Coolray and do a proper test drive na not shorter than 30mins and you can drive up to at least 60km/h then see what brings a smile to your face and then ask yourself if it breaks down within 1 year -- it it worth it for you.
      That's the best advice I can give you po, hope it helps.
      Thanks for watching

    Tsaka ung scheme nga. Ito yung reason kung bakit nag 2nd thought ako na kukuha sa sasakyan nato.

    • @LivingintheSouthOfficial
      @LivingintheSouthOfficial  Před 2 lety +1

      Medyo mahal po yata yun ah. Not sure bat mas mahal sa kanila and if you are planning to get the sport now, get the sport limited instead po.
      Going back to the dealership, I would consider shopping here in Manila (online, of course) then once approved and ready na you can either have the team deliver the unit to you via land and roro or pick it up yourself po and drive it home.
      There was one member po who bought sa (I'd like to say, caloocan branch) and drove it to Cagayan de oro. Super enjoy daw yung long road trip. Maybe you can do the same po.
      You can also consider going PO and talk to several banks po. Most dealerships or agents give cash discounts so ask for the value of the vehicle and reach out to 3 or more banks for the best offer. Sa amin po PSBank gave the best offer pero we showed it to our RCBC branch and tinapatan nila. In the end nga lang we decided to go in-house kasi it makes more sense in terms of outright cost of ownership vs reinvesting on other opprtunities.
      Last is look for another agent kasi the offers can vary greatly depending on who you speak to. There are some na high nga position pero focused lang on their own numbers and there are some naman na noob lang pero excited to help -- that can even be reversed so shop around muna din kahit within the same dealership. It's your money to spend at the end of the day, make it your right to maximize it's value for your convenience.
      I can explore other ideas with you and if you need a professional advice po from a dealership, I'll hook you up with my agent and see if they can give you a better suggestion than mine.

      I haven't reviewed the Territory po pero what I can say is that the Territory wins over the Collray spec wise dahil sa:
      1. Adaptive Cruise Control - honestly, akala ko this feature was useless pero that's only because I never had a car that has cruise control until I got the Coolray
      2. 2nd-row Air Vents - it helps a lot in terms of comfort lalo na kung dual climate control since sa amin pag todo AC, either sobrang lamig sa likod or sa harap na it's bordering uncomfortable na
      3. Bigger space - the Territory is actually meant to compete against the Azkarra in terms of size and features pero it does win over the Azkarra for the price
      4. Mature interior - while the Coolray is more youthful and sporty (red trims) we can't deny na the more mature look of the Territory's interior will age a bit more gracefully
      I wanted to discuss the plus points first kasi these are the only advantages I personally see.
      Collray has better 360 feature, auto parking feature, and feels better to be on the driver's seat -- at least for me.
      I suggest you test drive both and see which one tickles your fancy. If you need help with a testdrive or are interested to explore an application sa Geely po, leave a new comment and we'll endorse you to our partners at Geely.

    • @LivingintheSouthOfficial
      @LivingintheSouthOfficial  Před 2 lety +4

      For me, you should buy based on your capacity.
      A second hand car has the advantage of being a test dummy. It means if you break it, scratch it, or total it. It won't feel as bad. Pero the problem is you are dealing with a vehicle that needs extra care and attention which for me is an added later of stress for a new owner Lalo na Pag nasiraan ka.
      A simple analogy po is would you buy a second hand iPhone versus a brand new one?
      If second hand, how far back -- most people kasi talk about cars na second hand and some of them are 10-15 years old, on phone terms po that like buying a second hand iPhone 7 in 2022. Buying a 3-5 year car is like buying an iPhone 11.
      I hope this helps you po Pero for me, if you can afford brand new, you should go for it and if not, get the next best thing.

    • @LivingintheSouthOfficial
      @LivingintheSouthOfficial  Před 2 lety

      I don't think it will be 2x as dealerships do conform to a standard. For sure lang, parts outside of casa may be cheaper due to it's source and also kung maraming stock, pwedeng mura mabili.
      I think part of the risk of buying a new brand or even a unique model of an established brand is the cost of parts. Economics lang po tlaga na low stock and high demand (or urgent demand) results in higher prices.
      I'm sure parts for the Coolray will eventually go down pero I doubt they will go down to the levels we have for Toyota, Mitsubishi, or Honda.

      Medyo mataas po of you look at the on-dash numbers. Pero kung gas po ang babasehan, gitna po sya sakin ng picanto at adventure. Mas magastos adventure na gas sa experience ko po. Dala narin cguro po ng driving style ko. Some have better numbers while mine is an average of around 8.4km/L mixed driving. Thanks for watching

    If you love your car don't drive around with your car low on fuel because it can potentially damage your cars fuel pump and engine in the long run..think of gas as lubricant

      @LivingintheSouthOfficial  Před 2 lety

      That's true po. Ask ko lang rin, at what level do you usually gas up and do you fill to the brim or with a specific amount lang po?

      hehe, there are good promos lalo na pag ngpupush sila na ma ubos stock for a new batch. We ended up getting the in-house offer din since it made more practical sense for our business.

      Thanks for the suggestion po. Our new channel (czcams.com/users/oridemedia) discusses about the Coolray and other cars po and there's no more watermark there ;) This one is for personal vlog lang right now and we'll change that watermark to a proper logo once ready na.
