i dont understand how to get the orbs to spin, ive been going off maxroll 4 link requires Ball lightning, pinpoint support, slower projectile , and unleash am i doing something wrong?

You probably need Ball Lightning of Orbiting, a Transfigured version of the regular Ball Lightning Gem!
