If the skin on your face has many different colours so it’s hard to find one shade that matches all, maybe try matching your foundation shade to your neck instead (assuming that your neck is generally all one shade)? Just a suggestion. Hope you find your perfect shade soon, keep searching!
I’d suggest just getting a few colors that are super close to each other, of course trying to match to some of the colors on your face. I know I tan rly easily so even if my skin tone is relatively even, I still need several colors to match my skin throughout the year
Good Olive undertones are so hard to find. I’m really pale but don’t have cool undertones and so many foundations that are light enough just look pink on my face
I'm med/deep olive neutral as well. My perfect match is the maybelline superstay 332 golden caramel. Fenty 345 is olive but red most foundations are too yellow too red too peach or too orange it's a struggle all the time Estee lauder 4w2 toasty toffee isn't bad as well

Omg.. I feel your pain. Idk why can't companies do better when it comes to skin tones. I wish we had that kind of selection around my area. At least I know to suggest Urban Decay to my friends looking for foundations of any skin tone if they ask, now! ✨
I'm so pale I basically have to wear clown makeup, but it makes me so happy when I see companies accommodating for people with darker skin tones. They're doing the job right and showing they care
Urban Decay concealer is great. I tend to paint my face white and they have a pure white concealer that I used for a while. (I’m goth and love the ghostly look of making myself pure white)
I was born and raised in Italy, but my mom is from Poland, so my skin is really really white... Here in stores we find only three shades for foundation : light, middle, dark . Which are all pretty much the same, the difference between the three is minimum and they're all towards the orange. I stopped using foundation years ago, because I have NEVER found a color that didn't make my skin darker and orange .... 😭 It's a sad reality here is Italy, where everyone wants to have orange skin... It's sad both for darker skinned people and lighter skinned people like me..
urban decay had this gorgeous primerish kind of foundation product that I fell in love with. I’m a white girl with Hella rosacea I look like I’m sunburned all the time and this foundation made me look gorgeous. It was a minimal, wasn’t overdoing it. It blended into my skin. It was the right undertone it was everything. And then they discontinued it. I was very sad. I’m glad you found something in their line that works for you.
I love when it looks almost like water against your skin. Also, you're so damn gorgeous. I'm glad you have been able to find more products that work for you.
Okay, I have natrually tan skin that's somewhat light And most of "the darkest" shades that claim to be inclusive would fit me, and I'm not even that dark.
Girl I feel you. I am really pale, like to the point where "porcelain" shade is too orange for me. And it is so hard cause I live in small town, country side, we have two drugstores, so no sephora no amazon they don't ship here. Everybody around me is tan, so drugstores only have tan shades. It is struggle and I can't even imagine how hard it must be for you. Also I so agree with you, hate it when they market shade as cool tone and it's just lighter yellow/orange than neutral shade.
Oh my god, I feel this so much. I am medium/medium dark but when the undertone says neutral and then it’s yellow or pink, I just ugh- wanna strangle whoever labeled it because- YOU HAD ONE JOB AND YOU FAILED.
It's already hard for me to find the right shade as really pale person, but I can't imagine how hard it is for you to find a dark product. There are like 20 different shades with just so little difference, but none for real light or real dark skin..
I’m white but I understand the struggle of never finding a matching shade. I am really really pale, cool toned, truly ‘white’ and it is always so hard to find a shade light enough that isn’t orange or yellow toned. Every ‘light’ and ‘fair’ and ‘ivory’ and ‘porcelain’ is always like 3 shades too dark for me 😭 and I’ve been made fun of by white people my whole life for being so pale and everyone always telling me I look sick and should just tan myself; as though I have a condition that needs to be corrected by baking my skin to a crisp 🙄 but I’m always complimented by non-white people saying how beautiful my skin is and how they wish they had my skin. I wish everyone would just be happy with their natural state and see the beauty in all skin tones. Golloria is absolutely perfect though, she doesn’t even need foundation 😍
In the UK there ended up being a range called dainty doll to cater for paler women started by a redhead who couldn’t find foundation that was suitable. It is funny when the porcelain palest shade is too dark.🫣😳🙄
Sounds sooooo much like my story exept that I am neutral… its always to dark or it looks like make up thatcwoult be a fit for the horror clown „It“ and just plain white or it has the color of a young piglet😫 I wish here in Germany would be so much variety than in the US
I don't have as much as a problem as people with darker complexions, but I am so pale it's hard to find a good foundation also, and it's so annoying, so I can somewhat relate! So I am so happy that we can see more and more products being inclusive for all skin tones!
yesss urban decay all the way. From what i’ve seen it seems finding makeup only really is easy when you have medium tanned skin. Even with very light skin it’s not easy. Especially bb creams; i’ve wasted so much money on looking like a carrot u won’t even believe.. btw gorgeous skin, looks so velvety smooth
fr people always sayin it costs more to make darker/lighter foundations but ain't it ur job to make makeup for everyone?? it doesn't make sense to me and they probably get more money from making those shades anyway 💀
It takes more time, effort and money and unfortunately most people will just buy their shade without thinking about supporting companies who actually care about their products suitability for all customers.

Ur skin is so pretty. Im med/deep with a neutral olive undertone yet my face is 16 different shades such pain ass to find. Haven't really done it yet.
I have a red undertone I make my own one for winter one for summer. Def a pain in the booty😒.
I'm med/deep olive neutral as well. My perfect match is the maybelline superstay 332 golden caramel.
Fenty 345 is olive but red most foundations are too yellow too red too peach or too orange it's a struggle all the time
Estee lauder 4w2 toasty toffee isn't bad as well
it’s crazy how you light up when you find that “bare minimum” like it’s been so hard to find a good one that it takes only that
#annag
okay satisfying 😭 makeup companies only make shades for the middle not lighter or darker and its so frustrating
I totally agree about the cc cream. I wish I could buy it. I’m on the opposite side of the spectrum and even their palest shade is too dark and warm😭
When I saw the Urban Decay foundation glide on your skin, I gasped. It looked so good on you.
I went to a make-up store for the first time and the beauty specialist literally told me that my skin was too pale & when I swatched some foundations they looked orange on me 😂 so yeah this isn't the same but I feel your pain girl
Same for me
Yeah unfortunately same
Yep
Same
It ISSS the SAME!!!!
And here I am where it's impossible to find the right shade for my pale skin💀
Same
it's so satisfying when you put the foundation and it matches your skin perfectly lol
omg she’s so pretty. she’s like reflecting all different colors it’s incredible she looks like a fairy
exactly my thoughts! i was about to say the exact same thing but i've checked the comments first and found yours 🤍
It's so satisfying to see the complete blend of truly inclusive foundation on your videos!
So nice!!! Love seeing shade matches just melt with this skin beautiful
You don’t actually need any product. Your skin is perfect. ❤️
Her skin is perfect but if she wants to wear makeup she should be able to easily find affordable matches in store
@@joanned.4780 yep I agree with you
ok the amount of comments ive seen saying "leave your skin alone, you don't need foundation" etc is astonishing! its not the fact that she NEEDS foundation, in my opinion no one needs it natural skin is amazing! but if she wants to wear it she should be able to! she shouldn't be stopped by her skin tone. makeup is art. not a necessity.
you can't see anything when she wear it so she's just wasting product😁
@@rainclover59 what the fuck. you wrote that, reread it, and went "this is the one." yeah ok. i don't see how its any different from when white people wear foundation. its supposed to match and look like your skin.. thats why she's looking..
@@rainclover59 shut up
Watching your channel, I've grown to better understand how difficult it is for people of darker complexions to find good makeup (as I am very white) but has also helped me recognize how every skin tone needs to be included because they're all beautiful. ❤️
Omg when they say “this is a good episode” 😂❤ slay all day
Omg.. I feel your pain. Idk why can't companies do better when it comes to skin tones.
I'm part romani, and I have extremely light olive skin, and currently there's only one brand making one foundation that works, and I'm terrified what will happen when it's gone. Before turning 21, there was 0 foundations on the market that worked, and I tried everything 🙃
I have a friend with a light skin that's not olive, and she actually has more than one foundations, it's crazy 😭
I’m extremely pale and this foundation was the first one I ever tried that matched my skin, I’m so glad that makeup companies are becoming more inclusive for darker and lighter skin tones.
I'm very pale and I will say I've only really tried drugstore concealer but Maybelline is light enough for me!! I just got the lightest shade of the elf hydrating one and it's sooo yellow on me I don't think it's gonna work RIP. But I would def recommend Maybelline for a drugstore brand!
@@reesecup456 yes I found out that maybelline has good light shades but for example in my case I have cool undertones and most of the ones I found are for warm undertones :(
My god that urban decay was literally a perfect match. Your skin tone is so beautiful I’m glad you could finally find a match!
"Darkest Shade" - searching for one and throwing one at the stores that don't have it. Love these series.
It’s hard enough for me to find a shade with my literally translucent and pale as heck skin, I can only imagine how hard it must be on the other end of skin tones, BUT THAT’S SO MANY!
Girl, you skin is perfect!!! So beautiful without makeup
that urban decay foundation is the only one that gets cool tones right for dark skin!!! love that stuff
The subsurface scattering and ambient lighting looks so cool on your skin (the blue and pink reflections)
urban decay had this gorgeous primerish kind of foundation product that I fell in love with.
Congrats! It's a great day when you find that beauty product that you have been looking forever! 💖
I love how the light reflects on your skin you’re so damn gorgeous, makes me want to paint you
They don’t have your complexion simply because your face is flawless ✨
You look so pretty without makeup. But I am glad you have the option to wear it if you want. You’re so beautiful no matter what!
I love when it looks almost like water against your skin. Also, you're so damn gorgeous. I'm glad you have been able to find more products that work for you.
The shade was almost darker than her!!! That is true inclusivity!!
Okay, I have natrually tan skin that's somewhat light
And most of "the darkest" shades that claim to be inclusive would fit me, and I'm not even that dark.
yeah I’m PALE and it makes me mad when I see shit I could Use as BRONZER being the darkest shade…. 😐
@@boop6169 YEAH, that just proves companies DO NOT try, when it could be alot more darker. They really gotta step it up.
Same...
I went "oooooo!" when you put the urban decay on. Very pretty!
Girll you don’t need foundation😂 your skin is flawlessss 😭😍😍😊
Her skin is perfect, but if she wants to wear makeup she should be able to easily find affordable matches in store
Every time they they said the undertone was cool, I screamed, are they blind?!?!?!?
Oh my god, I feel this so much. I am medium/medium dark but when the undertone says neutral and then it’s yellow or pink, I just ugh- wanna strangle whoever labeled it because- YOU HAD ONE JOB AND YOU FAILED.
Your skin is literally perfect! I wouldn’t put any foundation on so I could show off my flawless complexion. ❤
It’s simple you don’t need 90 shades, but YOU.NEED.DARK.SHADES. as dark as a human being can get even if pitch black
It's already hard for me to find the right shade as really pale person, but I can't imagine how hard it is for you to find a dark product. There are like 20 different shades with just so little difference, but none for real light or real dark skin..
that sht went on so smooth it was satisfying to watch.
Thank you so much for this series. It brings so much awareness to everyone!! 🥰
Sounds sooooo much like my story exept that I am neutral… its always to dark or it looks like make up thatcwoult be a fit for the horror clown „It“ and just plain white or it has the color of a young piglet😫
I wish here in Germany would be so much variety than in the US
I have the same issue! what's the best match you've found?
Same, my nickname in school was moomin 😅
Same, so pale the lightest shade is still too dark for me.
Hey u r awesome highlighting it .... the companies are not only not inclusive but also not environmental conscious
I don't have as much as a problem as people with darker complexions, but I am so pale it's hard to find a good foundation also, and it's so annoying, so I can somewhat relate! So I am so happy that we can see more and more products being inclusive for all skin tones!
on other random note: I used to be anemic and I'm so pale that not even the lightest foundation matches with my skin tone
Companies with lighter shades: 💄💄💄💄💄💄💄💄💄💄💄💄💄💄💄💄
Companies with darker shades: 💄💄 (they're both marked incorrectly and not even that dark)
#Anng
Urban decay come thruuuuu that was the perfect match 😭😍👏🏻👏🏻
yesss urban decay all the way.
I am absolutely in love with your skin. The reds, the blues, the yellow, the orange, the warm warm brown.
The artist in me is CRYING
It's sad, because it litterly ain't taht hard to be inclusive.
I’m early!! I’m glad that you found something that worked :)
Hello lovely!!❤️
@@Golloriaa hi!! 😊 (I’m fangirling rn you responded!!!)
she looks really cute when she smiles ❤️
✨Damn she so pretty ✨
I really have never understood why makeup companies of all things refuse to be inclusive, like girl, you're just shooting yourself in the foot here 💀
fr people always sayin it costs more to make darker/lighter foundations but ain't it ur job to make makeup for everyone?? it doesn't make sense to me
and they probably get more money from making those shades anyway 💀
It takes more time, effort and money and unfortunately most people will just buy their shade without thinking about supporting companies who actually care about their products suitability for all customers.
the lightest of light girlies and the darkest of dark girlies always struggle so hard to find shades that match them, that it’s like ascending to a higher plane when you find a shade that does 😭
Its honestly so nice to see poc being able to get their proper shade. This is very wholesome.
That line of urban decay is absolute gold.
