2010 Ed performs ‘The A Team’ in a quiet room to one man, with not much following
2019 Ed finishes ‘Divide’ tour which lasted a total of 2 years and produced $775 million
Wow❤️
Mikey H and it’s well deserved as well
This gives me chills. He was just 19 then...
I was younger then...

his songs have stories. thats why i love his works.
and that accent and ginger head? damn !!!
yeah
that's why I like all his songs, they all have a nice story
yepppp
***** you're cute, how old are you?
50 :D
R.I.P Jamal. Legend!
Who could've guessed what he'd become?
Anyone who hears this Brilliance.
Makes me sad thinking of underground/underated talent trying to make it and we wont bat an eye for the unrecognized artists.
He's perfect. I can't even. He's just amazingly perfect
Angie Pham You never imagined 'Perfect' would a song he will sing in 2017, did you?
If you watch Ed's other live performances he doesn't always stick to the same strum, he changes it to make it sound a little different everytime. He's amazing at keeping one song interesting every time he plays live.
Jamal Edwards MBE. He knew talent, he knew people, and he knew music.
It's not just Ed Sheeran's career he helped launch but many others - fly high Smokey Bars. Fly high. 😢💔
So glad it's not just me coming back because of this. He boosted so many now-stars.
ed you are going to be a ledgend and you aready are in my eyes
sophie hewson weren’t wrong

Still my favorite song
7 now
He is a star now
A1MYT MCOC now 8
A1MYT MCOC make that 7
I love Ed's technique of how he keeps his 3rd and 4rth fingers on the frets while changing from G to E minor and tge rest of the chords and the way he sturms sounds so natural. He's so creative
maybe that's because it's not an Em but an Em7, the Em7 needs the 3rd and 4th fingers positioned on the same frets as the G.
Actually I've learned more about how to play this song by watching this video than most of the tutorials I've seen. What makes Ed difficult to emulate is his strumming patterns are like ''riffs'' and he mixes it up all the time. That's what makes his style pure genius because he can play the same song 10 different ways. The chords to this song are not difficult so learn the chords first and then add the ''bells and whistles'' later.
The Law of Divine Oneness he also at the beginning keeps hir third and fourth fingers on Em
He uses a thumb plus index finger strumming technique. It's really unique.
@@ayushawasthi5010 i don't think so
Ffaaaccctttsss
I HAVE BEEN PRACTICING THIS FOR HOURS, AND CAN NOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME GET THE RHYTHM RIGHT..... i have no idea what im doing wrong
this version gets even more amazing after reading his book ofmg
yhyh he has an auto biography out, its called 'ed sheeran a visual journey' by ed sheeran and phillip butah (he did pictures) its well worth the read eeven if youre not really ino ed sheeran its so interesting to see how he got to where he did
Ed is so adorable and very talented- some of these video's wish I was there at the time he did them

Love the inflection in his voice. Wonderful to hear someone who can actually sing.
Thank You Jamal. REST IN POWER 🤴
my favorite part of the song is
"it's too cold outside" I love that part because of his voice. :D
Oh God! He's really amazing! I love Ed so much!
Jamaica Blanca Leabres me too! He is amazing!!
Rest in Peace, Jamal Edwards.
What I love most about Ed's voice is that he pronounces all the words so beautifully british. Most artists tend to sound American, no matter where they're from. Ed's voice is natural and gorgeous and I love you man!
Wow he sounds soooo much better live! I love it! :D super talented you deserve the success! :)
He's so comfortable with the guitar it's just mesmerizing to watch.. he doesn't even look at it or think about what note he's about to play.. he just does. It's second nature to him. His voice is so raw too.
He's one of those very few artist that can write a song that bring out emotions we didn't really notice we had. I love you Ed(:
By far the best version of this song
7 years ago 😁 time flies, mate.. your struggle to the mainstream industry deserves all your accomplish now
i love how he can put so much feelings in a song,
his voice is so pure.
omgg I'm in love with his voice *_*
When he says: "It's to cooooooooold outside" *DEAD*
Ed Sheeran is like a drug to me! I get high whenever I'm listening to his songs! :D
Funny how u get high listening to him yet the song is specifically about a girl who is addicted to drugs, and ends up dying
This kid might make it
His voice is so amazing listening to this song makes me want to cry its perfection . I love you ed .
From then to now, he plays this song so much differently. You can see his progress
He hits every note so flawlessly, it's amazing to listen to.

Amazing! I just heard it on the radio and he sounds exactly the same! ❤

He plays and sings like it's nothing. Like do you not realize that you have a voice of a perfect heavenly angel?!?! Sooooooooooo amazing Ed♥ I love you!♥
He sounds better live than in the actual recording. That's the tell tale sign of an amazing artist.
Four years obbsessing and I still find myself in the same spots :) love you Ed and all your songs x 3
Such a beautiful song
he sings it better here, anyone else agree?
Ed is so young in this video
Perfect! Love this song!
So much perfection ...
Anyone in 2019 when hes already a star
10 years later we all know what happened with this kid!!💯💯
I LOVE HIM OMG
I just love this song
It's so interesting watching this because it's very different from the version that made it onto plus. The strumming and chord progression is slightly simpler and less refined. Interesting to see how it evolved into what it became officially. In the verse, there's a chord missing on the 'in' in 'breathing in snowflakes'. In the chorus he's muting the all the strings in places where there would usually be chord changes.
Back in the days when he had to tell people that hes Ed Sheeran
How does he strum it's amazing
soooooo gooooood!!!! love the guitar, love the song, love him!
and everyone is quiet, thats the cool thing
I'm not exactly a huge fan of Ed Sheeran's kind of music (I'm more a Green Day or My Chemical Romance girl, myself), but there's no denying that he has a beautiful voice and is a great talent.
One of my favourite versions
The best version ever
2020 anyone?👀
Whos watching this in 2018
