KKK was such a treat to watch. Also, another player who is good at dueling with Kevin at the front is Zhang Nan. I always love when these two meet.
Some might say Endo/Watanabe but IMO The Minions' impatience and lack of power (compared to other pairs) are some of the reasons of their loses. AE 2020 was theirs to lose and their impatience and rushing the game at the end were costly. I noticed that they usually targeted Gideon more and often denied Kevin chances at the front. Endo/Watanabe are good against 'normal attacks' but often having difficulties against strong smashers. Interestingly, strong smashers are having difficulties against The Minions, although Endo/Watanabe are the one with defending style.

be wise to ur body friend!! don't force ur time to train ur weak area so much, Try to make ur strong area better n better. Imo If I am 193 cm, I'll focus on my power especially. Try to make my smash sharper, more powerul, 1/2 smash, etc.

@@SanAuzNictin Ikr, but u can't do the same thing cause ur height could not handle it. It still depends on ur opponent style of game, if they try to do a flat game change ur style to be a defensive one. Make ur defense even stronger, do a variation of defense shots, prepare a plan for counter attack, improve ur composure like Yuta/ Endo (defense type) did so far to Kevin/ Gideon (speed type). Ikr it's so easy to say and hard to do but u have to carry on it. If u r a power type of player cause ur huge height, I'm pretty sure u can break down the defense ones sooner or later. Power>defense>speed>power, but it's not standard thing once again. I'm not a great coach, just a mere player who still play regularly until now n love to do analyzing.

Yuta Watanabe is fastest KSS is very close.. Both have lightening speed.. even the Slow Mo rallies look like normal level club play..
In front of the net, Yuta does not even come close. Don't get me wrong, I admire him as well (hes super fast in mid drive shots and his drop shot is deadly from the back court). But KSS speed and reaction to intercept, block and defend in front of the net is still a level above other players atm.
Gillian Clark, Steen, and other commentators (former athletes ofc) who always there when they're on court said it numerous time, Kevin is the fastest...
