14:40 My theory on why those blue/green gradients always are there is that the main shader (rendering program run on the GPU) gets corrupted so that it outputs the texture coordinates of the main canvas as their color (instead of sampling the input data). In most flavors of GL ES, both color intensity and texture coordinates (and a lot of other stuff) are decimal numbers between 0 and 1, so basically any data in a shader can be used for any purpose without the game crashing from format mismatches or data corruption. Since the texture coordinates change from 0 to 1 smoothly over the texture, using the coordinate of every pixel as its output color data results in a smooth gradient. Since it's a flat texture and not a 3D object, we only get two coordinates, which is why we get blue and green (and no red) instead of three colors.

I got some interesting corruptions of SW Ep1: the camera angle switched to a better one than the in-game, which is always this awkward birdseye; the level geometry got naked (apparently there are a lot of green pyramids under those textures); speech garbled, NPCs having moshpits, etc.
@@viscountrainbows6452 I know this is an older comment and all, but I had to mention my own corrupted PS1 experience with Syphon Filter 2. The disc I had must've been scuffed beyond belief or something, because I remember at one point humans (enemies and friendly alike) all started spinning on their sides while hovering through the air. This resulted in some helicopter people being created when I blew up groups with grenades, and caused hours of hilarious messing around. Unfortunately that disc and all of my original PS1 stuff got stolen in a move, otherwise I would at least record some footage from it.
