Your tan is beautiful because the color is so natural in tone and shade but still effective. There are so many people who get fake tans and they are so unrealistic and orangey. It is such a nice color!

It’s great that you’re sharing what treatments etc. you’re having as it’s made me want to try and better my skin as well. I’ve booked in for an oxygen facial and I can’t wait to see how it helps with my redness and then I’m going to try microneedling to help with my acne scarring. I just wish they offered b12 shots in my area haha! Please could you share how you manage to keep your hair so tame and sleek?

I've had invisalign twice and I couldn't stand the buttons, I was happy the day they came off! I than had to do traditional braces on the bottom. But the results we very much worth it!! Good luck with yours Lydia!
did u have to pay for the second round of it? I have had it once and it seems my teeth have sort of shifted again (not as badly as before treatment). Was thinking of doing another round to really perfect my teeth but dont want to have to pay again.
I enjoy makeup and buying and experimenting with facials , treatments. I enjoy it and would certainly not appreciate anyone commenting on my hobby. Enjoy your interests Lydia. ❤️

Leaving your retainers in a cleaning solution for too long can also turn them yellow, I ruined many pairs of retainers before my hygienist told me this!!

Today's the first day of spring break at my uni (though I have so much grading to do and drafts to give feedback on this week lol) so I slept in and then got breakfast and to my delight when I pulled your video up it was an hour long and I'm so here for it! I love your new pieces of art, they’re ideal for where you have them displayed. May I suggest you put similar, larger pieces in your TV room, as the ones hanging over your sofa look a tad small for the area (just a suggestion)! I’ve noticed so many are going for prints/posters but your home is too beautiful to hang something cheap, sometimes no matter how nice you frame them,they’re still a print/poster and there’s nothing nicer that a few pieces of nice, original art.
I love this dining table and chairs more than the current ones.

Don’t put your retainers in mouthwash, I did that in the beginning of my Invisalign journey and DESTROYED them, go on amazon and get Retainer Brite they are tabs that you dissolve in a cup of warm water, the water turns from blue to clear when they are ready to be rinsed and used again (about 15-20 minutes, I always did this while having breakfast).

though your videos are long, I can comfortably sit and watch you talk about whatever it is you want to talk about because it feels like I'm just hanging out with a good friend and the best part is that though you have nice and expensive things, never once do you come off as someone who is showing off or bragging about how blessed you are.

I used St Tropez when it first became popular over 20 years ago. I was a tanning queen with a seamless permanent full body tan 😁. Watching how you do it, almost flicking your skin, reminds me so much of how I used to apply it. It’s an amazing brand with amazing products.

Personally I’m not a fan of fake tans, or real ones, therefore, I don’t tan... a very simple solution. Those who choose to tan, more power to them. However, those who may not be as adept and end up looking like a splotchy, streaky, orange Oompah Loompa will greatly benefit from your expert tutorial and recommendations! Well done on this public service announcement! 😁
The best tip you gave for fake tanners, is also excellent for those who embrace their natural skin tones... using exfoliating gloves/mitts every time they shower/bathe! Knowing that normal dust around your home is comprised of 80% dead skin cells, buffing those little guys off and sending them down the shower drain is a great comfort. Just the idea of seeing those little flecks floating through a sunbeam and landing in my drink or on my dinner plate churns my stomach! I just don’t relish the idea of ingesting bits of foot, elbow and backside of everyone in the house! 🦠🦠🦠. 😲😬🤭🤢🥴
Daily exfoliation followed by a moisturizer not only helps with uncovering healthy, new skin but a cleaner home as well! Win/win! 🥂🎉 Exfoliating gloves/mitts are a favorite stocking stuffer for me to give everyone in the family! a few times a week brush your retainers/braces with toothpaste dipped in baking soda. i've had these same retainers for almost three years and they have minimal yellowing from this, i swear by it.
Loved this video thanks hun! I really struggle to keep my tan looking nice and not upsetting my eczema, I’m totally going to try this. I’ve just started my CZcams up again after struggling with mental health and my weight, I seem to have gotten to 30 and had a completely change on life and not giving a stuff. I never commented on people’s channels before and was always a silent viewer. Since taking CZcams more seriously I value the time it takes to edit and upload so have started commenting on every single video I watch! Hope your having a great day xx

Hi Lydia, I had Invisalign braces years ago and found milton sterilising fluid was the best way to keep my trays clean, also great for retainers post treatment :-)

B12 jabs aren’t only about $20 each here in Australia so not expensive. I’ve had a few quarterly injections because my Dr says I need them. End of comparison really, I honestly don’t notice a difference to my energy levels at all. Totally different experience to you Lydia.

I just had my buttons removed yesterday,,,pretty exciting! I went with Clear Correct,,,similar tray process as invisilign. Did a little adjustment on the top only,,,took 3 months and I am so happy with it. Now waiting for the retainer so the adjustments will stay forever 😊.

I absolutely hated the buttons, be very vigilant at brushing and watching out what foods you eat because they really stain your teeth even when you get them off. (Red wine, tea etc).
Also I don’t tan but man you look incredible and very natural unlike other tans I have seen around. Well done on teaching others 😄
So honestly he says that b12 doesn't help with some of the things you mentioned but I honestly believe it does! I found out i'm b12 deficient and suddenly broke out in acne a couple of years ago for no reason. When I found out I was b12 deficient and started having my injections, my skin cleared right up! Now i'm getting low and awaiting my next injection the spots are slowly appearing again. It shouldn't help with that at all...but somehow it does for me!
The Lipton Lemon Ginger tea🍋 would be a great substitute for your morning tonic, I keep a stash in my cupboard and sip on a cup whenever my sinuses are acting up or have a sore throat ☕

Retainer brite tablets for Invisalign cleaning! They disinfect them completely. I used to use them every couple of days when I had Invisalign
