He wrote this song back in high school and he's like 31 now so I think this would have been written before.
He's about 7 years late, Jet released it in 2003, Jordan's was released on Seven Deadly Sins in 2010. The earliest recording I can find live is 2007, still late by 4 years. Great songs even if they are similar!
But nothing like 'Lust for Life' - The Stooges, who Jet ripped off...

He just has the same influences. He played the Montreux Jazz Festival with BB King in 1999, so I doubt the White Stripes were much influence on him seeing as their first album came out that year. They just come from the same musical background. Blues doesn't get any attention these days, so you may not realize just how derivative the White Stripes are as well. Thats the whole thing with Blues...the music is rarely original, therefore the PERFORMER is the key. It evens the playing field, so the truly passionate ones shine. Thats Jordan!

you try making a song flow well when you're putting in an unparalleled athletic and musical display. He's not gimicky, he's just putting on a damn good show. And what do you mean "play on words"? Reign is an actual word, and he might have a very valid explanation behind that name (even though I myself doubt it). The only thing in that entire paragraph that held weight is that you don't like the song, which is fine, but don't spew your narcissism all over a great video. Thanks in advance.

The guy is super talented, can play drums and guitar but more so, is gimicky and unlikable. Reignwolf? Really? Why are there so many Wolf or Fang bands? And because he's from Seattle, he has to have a corny play on words by spelling it reign? The lyrics don't flow well, and is generally not a good song. Don't even get me started on him being all sweaty and gross. He can have all those hipster chicks on cap hill - I don't want em.

It took me seconds to confirm this: from their Wikipedia entry "In late 2011, guitarist/vocalist Jordan Cook moved to Seattle, WA from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan[1], where he was introduced to David “Stitch” Rapaport and Joseph Braley from the band The Mothers Anger. Cook formed the band Reignwolf and invited Rapaort and Braley to join him." I watched this again, and yep, he's a total gimmick and you're a dope.

If you dont like his style thats ok but a lot of us do like it and there is nothing wrong with it, I also agree about some stuff but you mencioned but I do really like to watch and listening to him playing on live.
