​@@Panzerkampfwagen_V Unfortunately not :( These videos remained pretty much the only exposure to German for me - I have never seen any of the rules for the German grammar for example, so even the limited German I know is pretty "ooga booga level" :D Although I learned a few more words and perhaps got better at pronounciation, especially the dreaded "R" sound :D

depends on what part of germany you're in. there are pretty differences between bavarian and berliner "r"

In comparison to an English r, you need to go further down your throat in order to pronounce it.
At least that's what I figured out after sitting in my room and making strange r sounds for about 2 minutes.
