I don't exactly know what Riot is going to change but I am pretty sure First Strike will always be a viable rune due to the inspiration tree being so good. Free boots, triple tonic and Cosmic all have great value for Qiyana. + Extra Gold from fs is never bad even if they nerf it.

Heyy, N1 is Battle Queen, N2 Basic, N3 True Dmg. You can argue N2 and N3 but Battle Queen is by far the best.

If they have a lot of squishies you can consider going seryldas for the haste and since you dont need as much pen. if they have 1 or 2 tanks LDR already outshines Seryldas in my opinion.
