- How's it going! I'm back with another reaction video. I have been meaning to watch this video called the complete adventure time timeline for a while now, so let's watch it now. I have not watch that much of Adventure Time, only a couple of episodes and some shorts that show up from time to time. Therefore, I can't wait to dive into the lore of this show and learn about the timeline of this wild show!

whos gonna tell him the Fionna and Cake series further updated the events of this timeline?
They kinda leave out how a being of Anti Magic turns Ice King back into Simon and that's when he makes the time portal to say one last goodbye to Betty and then Betty jumps through the portal to the present or future timeline.
Important info for the Farm World timeline is that Finn only wanted the Lich to never exist, the wish did nothing to prevent the green Catalyst Comet that later became the Lich. This is why the Farm World Lich was able to be created even though the wish made it to where he wouldn’t exist.
Also the Lich’s wish to make all life extinct did work and in the Fiona and Cake show we see that timeline and that version of the Lich is basically hibernating due to it completing its mission to end all life. Jake’s wish just made a loophole for Finn and Jake to go home, whether Finn and Jake went to a copy of their home after the Lich destroyed life or the Lich was the one that went to a different world is unknown.
The Lich is never going to die. As a Catalyst Comet it is a core aspect of the universe itself so whenever it dies it will reincarnate into a new form. This also means that every alternate universe has its own Lich, since the Lich is also a Primordial Monster as well as a comet all its alternate forms share 1 consciousness
The Dead World are different versions of the afterlife, when you die you are assigned to a Death World and stay there for eternity. You can ascend and go further up into death worlds or choose to reincarnate and start a new life. The 1st death world is the worst and the 50th is a paradise
Lich is never gonna die.

Great reaction, the adventure time lore is insane, i would suggest watching the fionna and cake update one when you have to time cause that show is also a sequel to the main series and have some crazy lore of it own.
15:30 the comets first incarnation is a beauterfly and will eventually become Finn the human. Which means butterfly dies and gets incarnated into someone else after tens or hundres or thousands of lives it eventually became the human we know as Finn.
I don't blame you for struggling to process the story points, Adventure time's story is spread across 11+ seasons. This video does a very good job condensing everything though.
Fionna and Cake coming after AT expands the series+multiverse, but Finn and Jake reincarnating is the actual end to the series.
To clarifiy the sea of monsters existed before all concepts including time and space and the green catalyst comet being the concept of evil and the lich itself before he ever inhabits a vessel which happened in the mushroom war

There is a third series targeted to adults as well taking place after the previous two but before Finn dies. Finn doesn’t play much of a role though, he’s more of a side character as the focus shifts to Simon and a female alternate version of Finn and her cat.

The scenes they used for the first part of the glass kingdom arc are so misleading tho. They showed the scenes where PB and Marceline came back to help again and not the original happenings where they defeated Larvo the first time.

Idk why they dont know this but the reason why farmworld finn existed is because finn kinda made a wish where he was forced into that timeline because the lich never existed either.
AT is legendary and I would recommend binging the show, the specials, and Fionna & Cake!
