Welcome back to Episode 4 of my Peru mountain bike adventure with Wandering Wheels guiding company!
In today’s episode we are riding high up in the Sacred Valley as I follow my wild guides Matt and Kinti down a wide variety of trail types…. along the way we have some pretty close calls, see quite a number of wildlife sightings, encounter some ancient Incan sites, and of course ride tons and tons of absolutely mind blowing single track!

I’ve done same trip in 2008 with Wayo Stain he is the OG. I’m bit disappointed he’s not in trip. Your guide must have taken his trip. Every location!
@@andyg6401Wayo is definitely an og legend around here but we didn’t take anything from him. We worked hard and put in the time to explore, scout, and plan our trips along with our local friends and guide partners and we have curated every detail of our trip to match our own style and standards… thank you very much.
The reason you guys had a stomach upset is due to being in a new place your bacteria is not used to it and any bacteria you then come in contact with in a new place will give you an upset stomach.

Peru riding experience is a blessing and a curse. Ever since riding Peru and racing the Inca Avalanche in 2018, I've been searching for the next great experience to top that.... haven't found it yet but been loving trying!

Dude, I have been watching mountain bike videos on CZcams since I got into mountain biking in 2012. These Peru episodes have been some of my favorite videos that I have ever watched. Kinti and the great group that you ride with, the Peru history you talk about, and the awesome terrain make these videos AWESOME! Thanks for bringing us along for the ride brother! I was in Macchu pichu in 2010 and we got up at 2:30am to hike to the top of the old Inca trail for the sunrise over the Andes , amazing experience. I have been wanting to go back ever since and MTB hopefully this summer.

I currently have bought a used 2017 ghost kato hardtail and it's a good bike but sadly after having a front break failure I couldn't ride it anymore and haven't got time/ money to get new rotors and pads and oil

Just goes to show you that having a dropper, 170, 180 Fork or some of these other so called high-end parts/specs are not really necessary to ride out! people can and will makes due and make you rethink why I paid so much for this and that.
