Fishing at Diamond valley lake and Catching Huge Lightning trout. (Ultralight 2lb fishing)

In this video I went to diamond valley and after all these years it was my first time fishing it the day after stock. I've only ever fished it on Fridays and Saturdays in the past years so I was hoping Wednesdays were gonna be that much better. I got in line the night before but there was plenty of people there to socialize with so that made the night go by faster. Walking up there was fish everywhere and it was an immediate wide open bite that lasted for a good hour and a half. My first fish was on a random yellow and white jig I had but all the rest of the jig fish were caught on a cml smoke sparkle and then all the spoon fish were caught on the Trucha spoons. My biggest of the day weighed in at 5lbs and my buddy chase big lightning weighed in at 6lbs. This will be a trip I do every month from now on as its pretty exciting fishing and you a lot of people you know. The rod I was using was a custom @signerrods juicy beaver mk2 nicknamed the "Gucci Beaver" with a Shimano vanford 1000 with 2 lb triple xxx izorline.
