Good work bro..loved the video..keep'em coming.
Thanks bro, definitely more coming soon!
Cool 👍
Dang dude! Cramping that kids style. Don't have to snake their spot like that. Even if you did ask. Not cool.
I want to take my son fishing this weekend at diamond Valley. Do you know where the best place would be to walk the shoreline for trout?
Thomas Sullivan I’m not sure if Diamond Valley stocked trout recently but anywhere along the coves is good. If you watch my video you see me walk a long the different coves and spot some nice ones!
I always problems with my leader breaking off my 5lb phenix braid. Hbu I also use 4lb seagaur fluro
Kerwin I have not had any issues so far. What type of knot are you using to connect the 2 lines? I’m currently tying a double uni knot and it works phenomenal! 10 turns with the phenix braid and 5-6 turns with the fluorocarbon seems to be the sweet spot for me! Try it out and let me know how it works out. Also if you would like I can make a video and post it up as well!
@@ballindrummer Im using a modified albright knot. Ive landed a 9lb trout but also broke off three lures with my drag set loose. I just switched to 2lb izorline and gonna try it this week. A video about gear and your setup would be dope
How is it in the summer
Is that pink brade? Or just the reel
Husky's life is a Brees it is pink braid made by Phenix. It’s 3lb test with an extremely thin diameter which allows for very long casts.
Been there one time at that was the last time.
You stay all day or half a day? Fishing
Stayed all day
@@ballindrummer wow. I can only do 4 hrs
@@juniormedina7652 decided to stay for early morning and afternoon bite. Good times!

You don't get there locals only!
Jon MacDonald ??

@Jerry Hey man thanks !

@@jerry5979 Thanks, I went right after I asked this lol. Like to get holdover but was dead caught bunch of Crappies though lmao
Make a video of me eating the fish. 😁
Hahaha bro..I need the invite for that too
joshua cimarusti and Chris Sandoe, I think we can make that happen soon 👍🏼
Great video! So many people fishing at that spot! Do they stock them up alot is that why?
Redd Nikk thanks for the love! Typically for this trout season they have been stocking every month with 2,500lbs of rainbow trout and 500lbs of lightning trout. I follow their Facebook page as they keep that updated on their next stocking and videos of the stock as well!
@@ballindrummer that's awesome I subscribed! I have never fished for trout but they did just stock one of the ponds near my house I want to learn. What type of gear do you use?
Redd Nikk that’s awesome, thank you for subscribing! More videos to come soon. I currently use an ultralight fishing rod and a 1000 size reel. I also use mini jigs as the “bait”. For choice of line I use 3lb test phenix braided line which allows for extremely far casts. I pair that with seaguar fluorocarbon 4lb test leader line. I will post links in the description of the video so you can check it all out 👍🏼. Hope this helps, any other questions feel free to ask!
@@ballindrummer wow thanks for that info seriously! This should help a ton
@@ReddNikk No problem man! Just added the gear used in the description, hope it helps. Subscribed as well!
Really dude you walked right down there in front of those people and started fishing in their spot that's not cool.
Paul Perez I asked beforehand just not shown in the video 👍🏼
That's what you call a vulture Angler those people should have spoke up and kick them out of their spot
If you get a rock or knife and hit the fish in the top of the head it kills them instantly so they don’t sit there and suffocate to death l. Nice catch though (:
Bad camera work
