I’m from Los Angeles, so we’re still completely quarantined over here like everything is still closed. I needed a cut baddd, I have 2C/3A hair, and I did the “unicorn haircut” on myself about a month ago. I got really nice layers, and my hair is actually growing back pretty fast. Would recommend looking up some CZcams videos on it if you’re thinking about cutting your own hair. ☺️

I'm being honest when I say that your hair is thee most beautiful curly hair that I have ever seen on CZcams - or anywhere really. It looks healthy, voluminous and the curl pattern is absolutely gorgeous. It's very flattering to your face too. Thanks for sharing all your tips. I am embracing my naturally curly hair for the first time in my life (I am 62!) so I am trying to learn from others on how to care for my hair.

I could never cut my hair when it is wet ... I have 3B hair, and the last time I wet cut it, it was so perfectly even when wet, but once it dries it is all ovvverrrr the place! So I cut my own hair & always dry! So now when it is wet it looks really uneven but you can see it all evening out to one length once it is dry!
