2001 Vw Eurovan T4 side view mirror removal

Follow along as I remove, repair, and replace the passenger's side power mirror assembly on a 2001 VW T4 Eurovan.

Is there any fuse for side mirror adjustment?

I’m sure there is a designated fuse . Check your owners manual. It could also be the door harness having broken wires.

I have a 99 realta . The top spring popped off when it got bumped . The spring is on the inside of the mirror . Is there a way to take the mirror apart to reattach this without taking the door apart ?

Mirror needs to come off. It’s not hard to remove. Those springs are a beast inside.
