      @BossAtripleA Před 3 lety +2

      I know it looks like it but if you think of it like this- imagine being in a fast moving car and you throw a ball sideways out the window, the ball will move forward due to the forward momentum of the car even though the ball was released sideways. I think the same happened here for Dan Coles, where he threw the ball sideways but his momentum took the ball forward

    • @fukawitribe
      @fukawitribe Před 3 lety +3

      @@BossAtripleA The pass going forward relative to the ground is not the issue, that's generally fine unless you're barely moving, but the pop-pass from the line goes forward _out of the hand_, so that's considered forward (at least in the Northern hemisphere). The inside pass for the try also looks (a) blatantly forward or (b) clearly backwards depending on who you support I would have thought - it's debatable, seen them officiated either way, but maybe generously described as "level".

      @newremote Před 3 lety

      Looks flat out the hands to me, which the front-on clip supports. Cole is immediately pushed sideways just after he passes it, but a flat pass by a running player is still allowed its natural momentum forward. Otherwise rugby would be impossible. Neither the ref or the assistant ref or any of the players reacted as if it was forward.

      NZ aren't helping anyone lol, they should've showed up last year. but chose to prioritise their ranking, and didn't wanna get involved due to lack of game time. So they didn't lose to NZ, Now they Regret coming, so don't try say "we really needed NZ" because NZ were the one that commited to it. now look at how SA's going, bathled by injuries. No gametime, and have 1 warmup match against USA. That's the type of things you'll regret. South africa have no idea how to act as the number 1 ranked team, they haven't felt this feeling in a Long time. Yet still aren't considered the team to beat, and rely on NZ to help them. despite being world champs, they're acting dependant. I don't wanna hear anyone call a team the "best" until they prove their constant dominance. South africa are doomed ahead of the lions tour, their only hope is Rassie. that's what happens when you're unprepared, it comes back to bite them. great team but i believe that RWC win was more of a disadvantage than advantage, seem like it boosted their ego's, and believed rugby was dependant on them due to them being champions, then thought they were able to make decisions. whether to play or commit. now this will be another year where they won't participate in the rugby championship, and won't be able to lose their ranking. kind of depressing honestly, This being the longest they've held the ranking in history due to a Virus. Really needed to come in with a NZ mentality off of their RWC win, if they believed they were the best. they would've commited, they wouldn't have to worry about a 3rd place side like NZ because they're ranked number 1. But it was in reversal, South africa weren't scared, No such thing as a "scared" springbok. But they were scared of losing their "world champ" reputation. but they shouldn't of used COVID as an excuse. if argentina were able to commit, now south african's are talking about how well they would've went in the rugby championship. then why didn't they play? i ask them what'll make them competitive? they answered me with "because they're world champs" Honestly, with all of south africa's world cup wins. Don't wanna say it because SA are great at rugby, South africa weren't the best building up to the world cup, nor were they the best after winning it. That's my feel on it, there were never a 2015 all blacks or 03 england type springbok team. despite them winning 3 world cups, they never had a "all time greatest world cup xv" calliber team, they were never the best despite winning the world cup, only having the NR1 ranking. Look at 95', NZ were the best building upto it. South africa won it, NZ were the best despite losing a game, Not because they lost. any team can play better on a singular day, which's explained in the Japan win over south africa. any team that's commited will win it. look at 07', NZ were the best leading upto it. SA won it, NZ regained it back in 08. 2019, NZ were easily the favourites and best team, Eliminated by england. why? England played phenomenal, not because NZ weren't the best team. it was because England was more commited than NZ on the day. which it was vice versa, England were the favourites yet SA put on a clinic. despite winning the cup, i didn't consider them the "best team" they won it based off effort and pacing themselves.

The next game between the Springboks and the All Blacks will be the 100th game between the two great rugby playing nations. We don't want to put a third team on the field, for that very special game. The COVID situation between South Africa and New Zealand are completely different and very harsh on our country. There are some things more important than rugby.
