    House #1, Is to Cosmetic for Me, WAY TO Big, No Wonder they took a Price Reduction, Not Worth $529,000..2nd House is Pretty Nice, But It Definitely needs Repaved the Driveway to Front Entrance, Needs Carpeting. I Don't Understand the Bedroom Suite, Which is Pretty Weird. House #3, It's Alright, Just Big, and they have the same White Cabinets, I Prefer Dark Expresso, Kitchen Cabinets. But GREAT Video 👍📸

    All three are way overpriced. There will be more price corrections coming to the entire state of Florida soon.

      First house sold in late 2019, right before the bubble for $332k. Realistically it’s not worth more than $350k max. That’s why inventory keeps piling up and there’s hundreds of empty homes. The buyer pool for overpriced houses is shrinking daily.
