On may 8th 2024 i will be sober for 1 year! I don't have much money I'm not rich, I'm a single mom daughter thats 9 years old,I'm out of shape, living with my father at 36 years old. What I can say is I am so thankful for my sobriety. Addiction took so much away. Years I cannot replace. However I am moving forward no longer stagnant. The monster has awoken!!!!

I have cystic fibrosis and my body is literally being slowly deprived of the ability to breathe…the only “fix” is a double lung transplant. But I get up every day and do everything I can to fight for another day. It’s never guaranteed, but you have to kill me to beat me…this shit gets me so fired up. Thank you. Keep fighting!

I'm a monster. On December 24,2021, I almost died by falling hard and couldn't walk but crawling. Went to the hospital to recover and went to rehabilitation near Fort Sam Houston Texas to get my strength 💪 back. Went back home by mid February and had a physical therapist came for my exercises. After this, I performed 100 bed situps and 100 wheelchair ♿ push-ups for 6 months. Now, I'm getting stronger daily and using dumbbells Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Also, using bands.
In addition, I earned my high school diploma, BBA in Marketing, and MBA in Organizational Leadership. May go for my PhD by faith.

Thank you for these videos I caught my wife cheating 2 weeks ago and i haven’t seen her nor spoken To her. She has had ignored me for 2 weeks. I thought I couldn’t come back from it but these videos has helped. I got hit hard and couldn't get up. I was hard on myself until I realized I was still fighting even though I was crawling. I lost alot of people and things. I'm standing now in beast mode as a monster! Now, some of those same people can't stand me, but they didn't love nor like me before. It hurts to hear what people really think of you when you've been there for them through their trials and tribulations, but it's cool. I swear if it wasn't for these motivational videos and some heaven-sent individuals I would have nothing or noone to help me. The successful people talk about this time I'm in the middle of right now and I've been working and building an empire secretly for years. I'm looking forward to the prize after the struggle💯 Thank you for your help during my elevation season💛

I found what was holding me back and dragging me down. Diet was truly behind my failure but it was feeding my mindset that I couldn’t do it. Eat naturally and eat for health then perform like you’re in war so you can win.

19 I was in hospital for a few days I got I changed all my bad habits I’m 32 i haven’t had depression for years fitness and eating the right foods and vitamins and never be a follower.
