Papaya is a tropical fruit, it's very common in asia, but lemon is not present in some Counties in Asia, Like Phil. we used lime or the small lime. Thank You for Sharing.

I am a 64 years old woman. Here in India we believe in just about everything you have said about the three fruits. And blessed as we are with semi tropical weather all three are abundantly grown. We use all of these in our daily cuisine.
I am glad you mentioned about diabetics being careful how much raisins they can eat. Similarly we generally believe that papayas with seeds are the healthier ones and not the many hybrid seedless varieties which are very sweet and tasty but perhaps don’t have the same health benefits. Especially not advisable for diabetics.
I would appreciate if you can confirm if this is true. Of late the market is full of sweet seedless papayas and the traditional seeded varieties are hard to come by.

Yes, these 3 fruits are excellent but there are many more also good at old age if you don't have chronic or terminal
health issues.;-
1) Papaya is my favourite, luckily I can
grow in my backyard, organically.
I love the almost ripe stage because
still crunchy & still having the fresh
sap.
2)Raisins, these are good cuz you can
spare all the time in the refrigerator,
readily for use.
3)Lemon always in use during meals but
increase the usage during hot days....
Rainy days I use less cuz my B.M.I
is perfect.Not overweight at all.
