I have always loved Liz as a character. At first Kaz really pushed my buttons, but I have really grown to like her a lot. She had such a horrific childhood and has always been a caretaker for others. So, naturally she steps in to that role for Liz, which makes me have all that more admiration for her. She really is a sweetheart. She cares about the women there. Great writing on this show, that's why it's my favorite! Now, I just can't wait to see season six on Netflix!
I love the relationship that has developed between Kaz and Liz, they have had some really lovely scenes lately. Both Tammy and Celia are incredible actresses, I think Tammy Macintosh was a really great addition to the cast. Got to say Wentworth is fantastic at the moment, bring on the next episode. x
Liz has to be one of the most tragic characters in the series, which is so sad considering she's also one of the few decent women in the entire prison. She lagged to save everyone from the pink drug, but still got shit for it. She got a taste of freedom only for it to be stripped away. She had to deal with a psychopathic murderer and got more time because of it. And now to top it off, the poor girl has dementia. :(
I so much love Kaz, she will take care of Liz... she really breaks my heart 💔 Liz... is so hard to lose your mind and step by step is getting worse but she is so lucky that Kaz she is gonna protect Liz ... Liz she’s been through much
It's a difficult storyline to get right and play but they're managing it brilliantly. Its going to be wonderful to see this friendship blossom but equally sad too. Well done Celia and cast
Liz Birdsworth and Kaz Proctor are Like Reunion Together They're Like Mother Daughter Figure I Absolutely Feel Sad For Liz When Haven't See Her Real Daughter She Didn't See Her When She Was Another Prison Liz Kind Like Mother Figure Of Kaz Proctor Tammy McIntosh is My Favourite Actresses in Wentworth She Cares About Liz Her Welfare and She Kind Like Like Good Friendships With Liz She Does Care about Her She Liz Birdsworth Reminds Like Her Daughter
I just found this Amazing show on Netflix in August 2019, and have been Binge watching in between work and school. It is know late September and I just finished Season 6. Honestly, after "Bea's" death that did not make any sense at all, after her and Allie found each other and just getting started on Loving their Lives together. The Franky and Bridget left with a very Happy, Loving end. Then Ferguson got buried alive...At the moment, ZERO interest in watching unless some of the "Beloved" characters return in Seasons 8 & 9...The Producers & Writers should be rethinking their original strategy of "Rushing" the characters that made the show such a Global success off the show...Stay Blessed!
@@jadefnf9237 After Bea died I was going to STOP watching if it wasn't for Franky and Bridget, however, after they had an Happy ending...I stopped watching at Season 5, zero interest in Seasons 6 & 7. I saw information on CZcams that the Producers are currently making Seasons 8 & 9 (this Will be the 2 Finale Seasons), if Bea doesn't come back (some kind of creating way, and Franky and Bridget, lfe after Wentworth), I will not be watching. Season 8 start sometime in 2020. Enjoy🤩🍭
@@lornabeckford5419 I don't see Bea coming back, as she died in front of the viewers, and had an actual funeral. So it doesn't really leave any room for a return. Bea wasn't "hiding" from anyone, so if she didn't really die she would have been came back. Danielle (the woman who plays Bea) has said her character won't be returning. After they killed off Bea, I felt the same way you did, I was so disappointed and was going to stop watching. But, I decided to keep watching and I wasn't disappointed. It's hard at first to get into it with Bea being gone, but the writers for Wentworth are hands down the best writers I've ever seen, and they do make it work. I am the type of person who doesn't like change, even in real life. So when they started getting rid of all their original cast, I thought for sure I wouldn't want to watch anymore. But, with the writing being so good, they actually pull it off very well. I would say just give it a chance, because even though the characters are different in 6 and 7, the twists, turns, and jaw dropping moments are insane. Actually a lot of people have expressed that season 6 & 7 are their favorites, not based on characters, but on storyline. Anyway, I would just give it a chance, you might end up loving it.
@@Meech817 Happy Day! I appreciate your insights and yes, I will revisit when 'season 8' air on Netflix. I still miss 'All' my (forever) favorite characters. Happy watching the 'final' seasons😂
I agree with some of these commenters that it looks like the writers are trying to push out the original characters. It'll doom the series with a vengeance.
It’s August 10th, still not released on Netflix, this time last year season 5 was released in July. Does anyone know when we can expect this to be released on Netflix?
It appeared on Netflix the day after the finale aired last year. Episode 10 airs tomorrow (or today considering time zones), so it should be up on Netflix in about 2 or 3 weeks tops.
Wasn't Liz supposed to be in her 40's-50's? Isn't she a little young for that disease? The show never specified if she had early onset Alzheimer's or not.

She didn't get more time for the Sonia situation. Kaz did.
Mechelle she did, because Liz lied in court
The writers never gave her a break :(

I wish ww didn't give Liz dementia. It feels like we will lose Liz too like Maxine and Jodie
Sad as it is, the progression of Alzheimer's Disease is quite variable. In Liz's case, her disease's progress may be driven by the plot.
S me too I love Kaz and I miss Franky so much
I began to like Kaz because the way she took care of Liz. Before then, I thought she was a pain in the ass.

Love you Celia! You rock :)
this music is amazing

Old Liz is totally gone now😖
Liz will be leaving soon. They're all getting knocked out and that's not good. I wonder how this will fly next year.
Yeah I feel like they’re gonna give her compassionate release or she’s going to die.. 😢 sucks everyone’s leaving
Wait- where is Maxine
Maxine was transferred to another prison that could give her better treatment for her medical condition. That happened in season 5.
Que triste, porque Tenía que morir Bea 😂😂
Love 💓💋

So sad
Oh fuck who is going to take care of liz now boomer I hope or maybe Allie
boring
Love liz glad kaz took the initiative to protect liz. Who knew I was going to like kaz.
