    Please see if you're using 22.04 and make sure PulseAudio is working correctly, if it is not, fix it for 22.04: sudo apt-get remove --purge pulseaudio&& sudo apt-get install pulseaudio && If you using 22.10 make sure that any package is not broken and pipewire is installed because in 22.10 it is using pipewire audio service instead of using pulseaudio service. So once you get to where you want to install it, click sda 3 and click minus
      Then click on 'free space' and click the plus
      Leave all settings as they are
      At the bottom click the dropdown and click /
      Click the 'free space' drive and click next
      For 23.04 that should solve your problem

It will take you the boot menu, choose Macintosh HD. If it boots normally then no problem otherwise you need to reinstall macOS by following the on screen instructions.

    great guide by the way im trying to follow this guide for the parrotOS installation but I couldn't get passed the partition section.
    im looking to find a way to manually partition ParrotOS the same way but in the partition menu, it doesn't allow me to create a EFI partition there are different names for them.
    could anyone help me pass this?

      Can u tell me one thing, could you turn off the Mac and remove USB flash drive. Then turn on your Mac, and let me know if it boots properly to macOS.
      If not macOS has corrupted.

    Hi, thanks for the tutorial. It worked well. However, when I tried to remove the ubuntu installation, I mistakenly deleted the wrong partition. Now, I can't boot into the MacOS. While trying the internet recovery and checking the Disk Utility, the partition size is only 1.33 GB (instead of the actual ~512 GB). Can you help me how to get my MacOS back?

    • @kskroyaltech
      @kskroyaltech  Před 6 měsíci

      Oh god, I think you have messed up MacOS EFI or Recovery partition.
      When you are inside internet recovery, inside disk utility wipe the Internal DRIVE and reinstall macOS.
      Or if you have a spare Mac make a bootable USB with macOS and reinstall .

    It tells me its unable to verify startup disk and sends me to recovery mode. The two options it gives me are “try again” or “startup disk…” try again just fails and startup disk sends me to a new page. The new page is titled choose startup disk, it displays one disc selectable which is macintosh HD, my disk. It says its encrypted, i can decrypt it and then it gives me the option to restart, i do and i go and try to boot Ubuntu again and it puts me back in recovery mode and gives me the same error

      Linux is not good for gaming although it gives better performance there's no huge support yet so you can't play much games, better use custom windows os this will disable the update depending on what you'll use and give you better fps as well since it's modified, anw it is safe especially those bigger makers.
