Turbo Royal Enfield INT650 Racer Build - Part Three | FIRST RIDE

This is the 3rd installment of the Turbo Interceptor 650 Racer build. In this video, we begin the installation of the methanol injection setup, install the wideband, make a few visual changes and finally install bigger injectors and do the first full boost pulls! We also show a short comparison of how the bike accelerated from 40-80mph stock, and then how it accelerates now on 7.5psi of boost and straight 91 pump gas.
In part 3, we'll be finishing the methanol kit install and will be turning the boost up to 12psi. Additionally, we'll also be sending parts off to be ceramic coated, as well as beginning custom paint, upgrading the tires, and finishing up those small odds and ends that take a build to the next level. The full build of this bike is coming soon, hope to see you there!

Thanks, I'll keep my mind open about making a turbo kit for these, but likely not. There just doesn't seem to be enough interest in this platform to justify doing all the R&D to make a kit. I'll continue to offer custom, one-off setups though.

@@atharvah2705 if interested I could do this for you but the turbo itself will cost you 30,000 rs without my profit , wideband& custom piping will cost you about 40000 and 3d printed filter box and aluminium manifold about 25000

Thanks Gary, it's still not in it's final form yet, once the methanol kit gets added/tuned and it's on 12psi, this thing is going to be right behind the quickest bike I've built!

Awesome job on the Interceptor which has made my mind up on the VN 900 and run a 7 lb suck through VZ21/GT15V turbo setup while leaving the ECU run the ignition only, IMO utilizing the injection is much more work and cost, What are your thoughts on the carb I should use, HSR 42 or HR 40 Mikuni pumpers?

You ever look into standalone ecus? I'm using a proyect ecu for my turbo 2 stroke build. Spartan 2.0 is like $265 with harness. They're pretty neat units. Also curious what size turbo this is?

09:00: I'm I right that "N/A" measurement was made without turbo and it was 7.1 seconds,
while with turbo with 7.5 psi it have become 4.3 seconds?
I want to join the Patreon to get access to some of the info, but only if you think my Lifan 200cc single cylinder can actually make boost?? That would be the whole reason I join, but if the engine is just too small, I'd be wasting my time in the end. What do you think?
You can make boost with it, but single cylinders are sensitive to plenum volume, the turbo setup themselves as well as turbo sizing, which I'd be more than happy to help you out with in the "journeyman" tier. The how-to video covers all this. Cheers!
Okay. Is this in all possibly going to be a kit you sell and can you keep it a 650 or does it have to be 865 cc?
Likely not, it's not a very good platform to boost, everything has to be upgraded. Clutch, injectors, fuel system etc. This is still a 650

Hi, could you give me a hand? I tried to mount a very small volumetric compressor on a 250cc 4-stroke carburettor scooter, I mounted the carburettor before the compressor, the problem is that it turns on but struggles to rev up and once it's up it always stays accelerated, and if I remove the intake duct and it is very wet with petrol
