Thanks for the video man. I’ll definitely be replacing my clutch it’s even way more worn than yours. Super loud mostly at idle. Tons of play where the weights are, and they are digging into the clutch.
I have about the same set up in my garage. I have a Honda a ATV that I never work on!! And I have a Polaris ATV that I am working on at least once a month!!
@@rednecksdoitbetter491 Wise move getting rid of the Polaris!!! I have too much money sunk into mine now, so I will have to keep it till it’s dead. Honda does cost more but that’s all for a good reason. You just ride them and enjoy them and they hold their retail value better than any other ATV.
@@guybrick4490 I have a Polaris that never needs work. I got it out of a junkyard, fixed it up. And was pleasantly surprised at hot incredibly well built they are. Only needed a new piston and gaskets.
Great work finding the issue. At least you identified it and know are sharing your knowledge! Thanks

@@guybrick4490 True, but Hondas are SLOW!! If they would just build an ATV with that 1000 cc Talon motor :-)

Alot of times its just the bearing on the clutch cover it wears out and gets loose its like 5 bucks
That’s my baby
Can't blame Polaris. They never built a single part on it. The AMC of the motorsports world.
