Was going to build in the Bridgelands until I found out they sued this poor old lady for $275k for feeding the ducks that people dumped in the pond!! Her husband had MS and they lost their house! I’m building here instead. I’ll never spend a dime supporting an HOA like that. Love this floor plan! Can’t wait!!!! 🙌

Nice tour overall. I just wish you had spent a little more time in the primary bathroom. I didn’t get a good feel for it because the first thing you zoomed in on was a shower door instead of a view of the whole room. Did it even have a light fixture on the ceiling? I’m surprised the large entertainment area upstairs didn’t have a powder room. Beautiful home though.
