All religions or spirituality or philosophy and even psychology go towards a same goal, mindfullness, oneness ! For that you must acquire a state of mind that is not attached to the world, and repent from all the bad thoughts or actions in order to lift the veil of Maya and then you 'll see reality for what it is without the filter of the mental ! That reality is non- dual !
Consciousness is infinite existence. Consciousness obliterated by AVIDYA is the differred Self where Consciousness remains in the oblivion. It is the differred Self that suffer from Samsara Maya.

i am not capable enough to answer your question but if you have time read jnana yoga which was written by swami vivekanada himself . And for physical strength read raja yoga these books are extrordinarily written they helped me a lot
Could you please remove the intermittent ads? the audio quality is poor , so one has to increase the volume..and then be a victim of these loud annoying ads that start of without warning. Just brings down the organization. sorry
