Pretty sick kill time, curious why bring phantasm buff when everyone should be dmg capped without it tho ?
Its true to say most of the time ppl's normals/skill are dmg capped. But link damage, SBA, combo burst are definitely not. They require high amount of Atk power to even reach cap. My small atk boost helps abit. Also crit rate for my homeys
