The idea of Christians being harvested before the Tribulation has always bothered me; who would be here to help and guide non-believers to Christ? Made me sad even thou I'm rather terrified of the Woes and I won't be an overcomer. Thank you David Pawson for your detailed explanation of Revelations, and preparing us for the reality of faith under persecution. Lord help me not fear but be courageous & helpful!
The 2 witnesses and the angel preaching across the world could well be how the Jews during Jacobs trouble come to faith... what some call the tribulation saints. Pre-trib makes more sense with serious study, so unlike David, I look for Jesus to snatch us up first, but if the antichrist appears, I will know pre-trib is wrong. What a beautiful man he was and a wonderful teacher and now with the Lord.

Those who are dead in Christ shall rise first the believers will be caught up in the air with the Lord and then will there be the most horrendous of times for those who sit on the fence, I pray that we do more for the Lord now then ever before. Thank you for this teaching. I was taught pre tribulation rapture. When I listened to the first portion of this message I cried. I prayed and asked God for grace. I cried because I’m a mom now and I thought about my babies, but now I’m at peace with this. God will take care of us all.
@Dd if you read Matthew 24, Jesus comes for us when the sun and moon are darkened, and stars fall, and a huge earthquake occurs. In Revelation this matches the sixth seal, which occurs just before God's wrath begins, about a year before the end of Daniel's last "week". The rest of the tribulation is satans wrath, not God's wrath. We will suffer, but all who are led by the Spirit will experience God's choice to be our "eyelid"/keeper. Let us remain in Him, keeping close, walking as Jesus did, led by the Spirit, and trust Him; the righteous will live by faith.

I believe in Pstor David Pawson and Derek Prince. These two are my Chief of Commander teachers of the Bible. Learned so much from these two British soldiers of the LORD. The state of Britain, too liberal, so lost, too welcoming of Islam, too anti-Christianity is what lead me toward Christianity. I wasn't raised Christian, nor my mother, her parents were but lost this come their adult years. So you are completely correct about Britain being non-Christian for 3 generations in my case. Britons are culturally Christian, on realising this and studying the history of Christianity as part of my degree I became drawn to it in a personal way. I have found many my age (born in the '90s) have been drawn toward Christianity. It will have a resurgence, I hope, and win back our country from liberal secularism and Islam.

Because they belong to the devil, he's already got them. Pray for them to repent and ask the Lord Jesus for forgiveness and then he will set them free from the lies.

The only thing I thought was strange about this sermon was that Mr Pawson spoke about an English church where a black woman was enthusiastically shouting out in a church meeting, and he didn't seem to find that objectionable, when the Bible prohibits such things.
Yes, I thought the same. I'd also be inclined to not attend the service if there's someone going to be interrupting it, and I don't think that is fair.
If the Christian is in worship and the heart and spirit are entering the place of praise, that can be their expression of their joy and high praises of God. We weren't there to know,was the person only in the flesh, or was their heart so filled with love and thanksgiving?
The suffering is now, if you are truly saved this world will persecute you for following GOD. If the enemy isn't attacking you now you should be concerned about your salvation. GOD's wrath is for the unrepentant not those who love HIM. The tribulation period is HIS wrath being poured out on the enemy. We are not appointed to wrath, but mercy.

Why don't you believe the Bible , rather than believe these feel good false teachers. Jesus himself said many times that you have to go through persecution. The final tribulation will be the great test of 3 1/2 years where you will be forced to comply with the worldly system of the Antichrist and you will be made to accept his mark. People with real faith will overcome the devil and will refuse to accept his mark. Mathew 24: 21 For at that time there will be great tribulation, unmatched from the beginning of the world until now, and never to be seen again. 22 If those days had not been cut short, nobody would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, those days will be cut short. Has he had a stroke, does anyone know? I'm just wondering because his sermons from years ago, his voice is higher, and also his speech is three times slower now. He seems to struggle to speak now. Hi this is Steve on behalf of David. David has struggled with his health over recent years. This partly age, he will be 89 next month and no longer able to speak at events, but yes he has suffered a stroke and has been fighting cancer for some time but miraculously is in relatively little discomfort to what would normally be expected, and he fights on!
This suffering the bible is talking about I don't think is about illness or any infirmty. It's more about suffering for his sake, to be a witness in all circumstances.

Our own cultures express worship to the Lord differently. So long as it is Biblical, I see no issue, but I don't think segregation of cultures (on their own choosing) is a negative thing. If the lady singing joined my church, I'd be inclined to no longer attend. Not only does the Bible prohibit it, but it is interrupting the service, I wouldn't feel comfortable. Should I suffer this? No. I'll find a different church. And I imagine I wouldn't be alone.

Suffering at the hands of wicked men is not the same as the suffering during the Great atribulation when God pours out His wrath on the world. We are not appointed to wrath who have trusted in Jesus....He is coming in the clouds to take us to the place prepared for us as His bride (John :14)..and 1 Thess.4:13 - End. Tribulation (thlipsis) is a different word from wrath (orga). They are different words for different things. The blessed hope is not the rapture, it is the appearing of the Lord.
Religion does not, and never did unite humans. The story always goes, "Unless you are one of us, you will not be saved, and if you are not one of us, your soul will suffer for eternity." And by the way, within theology, if Lucifer sinned while he was still in heaven, that means that sin was and is allowed in heaven, and that if you dare to think a nasty thought, you could also be booted out of heaven, as was Lucifer. Without fear tactics, religion would not be able to exist.

The idea of a rapture where all Christian’s are taken before the big trouble / tribulation was first proposed as late as 1820 it was not part of Christian teaching before that time It is something that was taken on by many Christian churches in America after that time The key and recurring message of the book of Revelation is “ to he who overcomes “ it’s repeated many times Overcomes what ? NIV has translated this Victorious ….. victory in what Rev 3: 10 says Because you have kept my commandments ……I will keep you from the hour of trial that is coming to the whole world - it would be nice to believe Jesus will spare us the persecution that is coming but Rev 3:10 was a message to one church not all 7 As you may be aware David believes this prophecy like others in book of revelation has already been fulfilled to the church in Philadelphia…….the hour that was coming to the whole world was a commandment to bow down and worship Caesar as God or be executed ….. the Church in Philadelphia were spared this persecution If you have not watched to listen to Davids series teaching Book of Revelation recorded in 2002 which covers this in great detail - and if you still wish to believe in a pre tribulation rapture then God bless you

Its not an easy road for us Christians, knowing to embrace the suffering and trials in this life because the Spirit of God is with us filled us with hope that we can overcome ourselves to gratify the flesh and choose to live holy and righteous lives with God's help in us. The state of Britain, too liberal, so lost, too welcoming of Islam, too anti-Christianity is what lead me toward Christianity. I wasn't raised Christian, nor my mother, her parents were but lost this come their adult years. So you are completely correct about Britain being non-Christian for 3 generations in my case.
Britons are culturally Christian, on realising this and studying the history of Christianity as part of my degree I became drawn to it in a personal way. I have found many my age (born in the '90s) have been drawn toward Christianity. It will have a resurgence, I hope, and win back our country from liberal secularism and Islam.

In a way, the tribulation, it will be a time of refining or purification .....for the Christian's. It will be a character building n revealing period. Christian's who will depart from the faith because the suffering is too much to bare, or Christian's who will remain steadfast through n through right to the end. My husband, my sister, her hubby and myself were saved together within a three month period, in 1979. One of our most influential sisters in Christ owned and operated a Christian book store. We are all book fanatics and of course, Hal Lyndsay was thrust upon our reading list. It took decades to undo his false teaching of. A pre-trib rapture, which never made sense to me to begin wth. I thank GOD for David Pawson’s total body of biblical teaching. He, under the Spirit’s leading, has totally renewed my faulty understanding of prophesy, as well as the book of Revelation.

He mentioned preaching in a church where there was a notable incident involving a wealthy widow. This story resonated with me, and I've become eager to learn more about the exact location and probably as well the year of this event.

The only thing I thought was strange about this sermon was that Mr Pawson spoke about an English church where a black woman was enthusiastically shouting out in a church meeting, and he didn't seem to find that objectionable, when the Bible prohibits such things.

If the Christian is in worship and the heart and spirit are entering the place of praise, that can be their expression of their joy and high praises of God. We weren't there to know,was the person only in the flesh, or was their heart so filled with love and thanksgiving?
The suffering is now, if you are truly saved this world will persecute you for following GOD.

Why don't you believe the Bible , rather than believe these feel good false teachers. Jesus himself said many times that you have to go through persecution. The final tribulation will be the great test of 3 1/2 years where you will be forced to comply with the worldly system of the Antichrist and you will be made to accept his mark. People with real faith will overcome the devil and will refuse to accept his mark. Mathew 24: 21 For at that time there will be great tribulation, unmatched from the beginning of the world until now, and never to be seen again. 22 If those days had not been cut short, nobody would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, those days will be cut short.

Hi this is Steve on behalf of David. David has struggled with his health over recent years. This partly age, he will be 89 next month and no longer able to speak at events, but yes he has suffered a stroke and has been fighting cancer for some time but miraculously is in relatively little discomfort to what would normally be expected, and he fights on!

Our own cultures express worship to the Lord differently. So long as it is Biblical, I see no issue, but I don't think segregation of cultures (on their own choosing) is a negative thing. If the lady singing joined my church, I'd be inclined to no longer attend. Not only does the Bible prohibit it, but it is interrupting the service, I wouldn't feel comfortable. Should I suffer this? No. I'll find a different church. And I imagine I wouldn't be alone.

Suffering at the hands of wicked men is not the same as the suffering during the Great atribulation when God pours out His wrath on the world. We are not appointed to wrath who have trusted in Jesus....He is coming in the clouds to take us to the place prepared for us as His bride (John :14)..and 1 Thess.4:13 - End. Tribulation (thlipsis) is a different word from wrath (orga). They are different words for different things. The blessed hope is not the rapture, it is the appearing of the Lord.

Religion does not, and never did unite humans. The story always goes, "Unless you are one of us, you will not be saved, and if you are not one of us, your soul will suffer for eternity." And by the way, within theology, if Lucifer sinned while he was still in heaven, that means that sin was and is allowed in heaven, and that if you dare to think a nasty thought, you could also be booted out of heaven, as was Lucifer.
