It won't let me pull out a gun and simply makes me watch them put oliver in the chopper

i have almost the same problem but when i get to the vantage point i dont even take out my camera it goes black but i still have my mini map, i have tried pausing it then restart from last checkpoint but it never works i have the fa ps3 and i downloaded it off ps store any help? please

Why... why do you just click the bow instead of charging it? You're making your shots harder.
