My understanding of it isn’t he’s complaining about the amount of hours, but the hours themself. IE, if he wants to socialise with IRL friends when he’s off shift, his only options are early morning cafe’s or late night clubs, even then that’s if he lives in an urban area.
As someone in hospitality, I feel him. It’s whack working hours that pretty much entirely prevent you from dating or family meals.

Then quits again, cause he never wanted to play comp but did it as a favour for keon since keon pretty much got watsons career started. This way keon has an org backing him and a good team, madness and obviously vaxlon taking back his old spot.
None of this can be said, cause the org could drop them if they felt they were being played.

I'm someone who works the ''second shift'' or swing as a normal human calls it.
I'm also someone with a mood disorder who cannot function in the morning no matter how much coffee I drink. Had to literally get on a medication that promotes wakefulness in order to live life. I also have an autistic 2.5 year old who refuses to sleep before 2 A.M. Circumstances differ, not a complain just letting you know people like me love swing shift and wouldn't trade it for anything.
Do you though brother, selfcare is key especially if it's not a necessity that you're dropping.
