- For Virtually Everything Islamic: www.IslamicEmirate.com :By Kamal El Mekki. This session discusses the sin of "zina" or fornication and gives practical preventive measures from the Quran and Sunnah. Allah Azza wa Jal says: "Come not near to the unlawful sexual intercourse. Verily, it is a Fahishah [i.e. anything that transgresses its limits (a great sin)], and an evil way (that leads one to Hell unless Allah forgives him)." 17:32

Subhanallah I never thought about how to walk towards the masjid! So it is preferable for sisters to walk to the side then?
@TheMuslimah70 I believe these words are used inter-changeably in our times. the arabic word of course is Zina. wallahualim.
@zahara114 of course romance is a nice thing. my remark rather is supposed to question the priority of romance within a relationship. in the west we seem to need it to be first place but since romance and being "in love" are very close, one often looses sense for some reality and important "other" issues,like chidren, security, health and family. often if there is no romance even for just a short time one looses interest in a person.for me this often is a sign for "loving" for false reasons.
@kashone
Yes, I agree.
@kashone
Isn't romance in a blessed marriage between the husband and his wife healthy?
Always wondered what's the difference between fornication and Adultery?? sensible answers please
How much romance is healthy?
@TheMuslimah70
Fornication is when somebody is not married and has relationships i.e boyfriend and girlfriend. And Adultery is when you are married and you cheat on your wife/husband with another person. insha'allah i have helped you.
