I’m 23 and I’ve never had sex. Some of my friends laugh and say that I’m “childish” for making that decision.
This preaching has made me even stronger and my resolve STANDS! I will only have sex to glorify God Almighty!

I wish I was still a virgin....There are so many things Ive done that I wish I could take back. Sometimes I look at myself and feel digusted by my poor choices. I love this series and am praying that I will make better choices moving forward.

I made the same mistake and for so long I was afraid to ask for Gods forgiveness but that's exactly what the devil wanted me to do: he wanted to isolate me in my shame and speak evil things to me so I could end up doing it again; which I did. Until I finally broke out of my shame and I DECLARE A BREAKTHROUGH for you too! You have a story to tell. But don't let it be a worthless story with no message meaning you need to ask for forgiveness and forgive YOURSELF! Then you have a great story to tell. I'm praying for you; I love you ❤️

Amber, Since God has forgiven you, you have to forgive yourself. I have made some mistakes that I wish I could erase, but I cant. Give it to God and wrapped yourself in his love. He loves you and He has put all of our sines in the sea of forgetfulness and he remembers them no more. The Devil is the one who wants to remind us so that we can love in regret. God has good thoughts about you and he sees you as a redeemed daughter of his. He is your king and you are his princess. Read Philippians 3:13. Forgetting those things which are behind and press towards the mark of the prize of the higher calling in Jesus. He can use your mistakes to help someone else when the time is right. I don't know you, but i love you. Chin up princess!

I’ve never appreciated a series more in my life. Just went through a break up 4 months ago and I’m still going through it everyday and I didn’t realize how much my soul was tied to his😩... I’m 19 and I’m glad that I’m learning this now. A heartbreak brought me closer to God and made me want to understand myself more. So glad I founded this series/church. I’m embracing my singleness and building my relationship with God right now and I’m learning more about myself each day. More people my age need to see this. Peace and love ❤️
Embrace your singleness and spend quality time w yourself. Be kind to yourself and do good things for you. Do things to make yourself proud. If you do, you will be so blessed and get the most out of your season of singleness.

I got broken up with by my first love and first everything 3 months ago. Before meeting him, I was sure that I wanted to wait to have sex until marriage, but I quickly gave in after meeting him. Throughout the 2 years of our relationship, we were acting like we were married. I slept at his place every night and had sex. I ignored that I knew that I was doing wrong. Now, I regret being so foolish. I regret not putting my foot down and letting myself do what I did. I regret having sex and losing my virginity outside of marriage. Now i’m left with a very strong soul tie to this person, and breaking it has been so hard. Like I said it’s been 3 months but I still feel so immensely sad. Today I cried about 10 times. This series definitely does help. I have now decided I will not sleep with any man again until I get married.
Love this. 33 and still a virgin and not ashamed. I want to honor God and be an example to other's around me for Him. My last ex left me because I wouldn't have sex with him. Looking back I'm grateful that I have a great relationship with God because if I didn't I really would of made some dumb decisions when I dated the guy that left me. I don't regret not giving in and I feel so much peace from my decision. Thank you Jesus.

I am Hispanic and I think our cultures are very similar. Sex topic it’s a no no for Hispanic parents and it’s even worse if you have Christian Hispanic parents. This preaching is what I needed to hear when I was a teenager, I would’ve not done so many things against God & my body but I’m married now and I told my husband everything before we got married, he accepted my past and everything, he was a Virgin and I wasn’t. This message I want to share with every teenager I can, because it’s so powerful and eye opening. I didn’t hear it when I was a teenager but I can Speak it into others as a youth leader. Thank you Pastor for allowing God to use you for this generation.

Amen I love this so much! I'm 20 years old I've never been on a date, had a boyfriend, never kissed and I'm still a virgin. I used to be embarrassed to tell people this or I would hide it. Sometimes I would wonder why I should wait or maybe that I should lower my standards for a guy. But after watching this series I THANK GOD that I never gave into my temptations. There were so many times where I almost lost my virgin or was about to date the wrong guy and God always intervened and prevented it from happening. I thank God I'm still pure and I will continue to be. I have dealt with iniquities in the past and have stayed quiet because of fear. I wished the church would talk more about these issues and how to overcome them. I would love to start a lifegroup for youths on this series to help them be happy being single, bring God into their relationships, and surrender to God.
LAVICHA WILSON aww it's okay. There's many times I wanted to but I realized it didn't mean as much to the guy I liked as it did to me. Or some of my friends wanted me to just find somebody for me to kiss and I thought it was weird because I would want to date the person. My parents waited to kiss until they were married and I want to do the same thing. Although they already had kissed others in the past before they got married. Like it's okay if you didn't wait. You still can. My favorite preach Heather lindsey talks about this all the time. Anna's Travels hey me too! I just turned 21 last week. And my friends and co-workers thought I was strange for not drinking or serving beer at my job because God told me not too. But for real it seems like every time in the past with sin or when I liked a guy I felt like God was waiting to see what I would do and if i would obey but whenever I decided not to something would happen and we wouldn't date. But I'm fine being single this series has impacted my life so much and strengthen my beliefs. I'm not afraid of others judging me because I haven't had my first kiss and I'm still a virgin and want to save them for marriage.
@Lovematters God bless you, sweetheart! I just wanted to encourage you to stay strong in the Lord. There truly is a lasting blessing in saving yourself for whomever God says is worthy of you. I am 30 and still a virgin and I am proud and unashamed. And God helps me everyday to embrace this season with contentment in Him. That doesn't mean the struggle is not real because it definitely is, but the Holy Ghost is a keeper and the reward in waiting is much greater. May God continue to bless you to be an example of light.

If I knew this 9 years ago, I would’ve saved myself a lot of heartache and depression. But God! He has brought me through a lot and is continually giving me knowledge. I’m thankful for this church and this series.
Khadijah M I also wish I knew this sooner. Before my years of 19 to 26. I did a lot of damage in those years. I'm still paying the price for today. My dad would even allow me to bring guys over and never tried to restrict my life or my choices. I didn't know better. I thought he was giving me freedom but all those nights I wasted clubbing and all the guys I had sex with, all of it I regret.
I am SHOOKED.

Leaving a bad and toxic relationship the night before. I woke up to a message leading me to this video and my life was instantly changed. It's so funny how god works. An Aunt that I rarely talk to sent me this video out the blue when I needed it most. Not only do I see things in a better light but I can honestly say that the battles that I have been dealing with ends today.

This is the best sermon I’ve ever heard in my 21 years of living.
I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my past when it comes to relationships and sex, but I keep reminding myself that it is all apart of my testimony. All that I’ve been through has always led me back to God and for that I am forever grateful. God is so good! 🙏🏼🙌🏼 No sex until marriage! I wish I knew and understood all of these things in God’s word as a kid.

My wife and I are definitely going to make it a priority to talk about sex with our children as they grow up so that the first time they hear about it is not from their friends and on TV. We as Christians should not be scared about this topic, but excited because we can share with them how God created sex to be beautiful and used in the correct way!
I got married at 23, but got divorced almost 8 years later. I’ve been single since 2018, and haven’t been sexually actively since my divorce. I believe God is keeping me for someone special. I'm not trying not to take responsibility of my actions, but l was one of those who was just told "stay away from boys, sex is bad etc", and l wish my parents had actually sat down and explained the way you just did ( and many other sermons l've learnt from). l've been celibate for a while now, not because sex is bad but, because it's beautiful when it's done the right way. l'm also praying for wisdom to talk to my son about sex, & make him understand all of these things. In this generation, the abnormal has become the new normal. I have fallen so short that I disgust myself when looking at myself, I teared up listening to this sermon. I wish I could turn the hands of time to 12-13years ago when it all started. I am not proud of the sins I have committed but I believe God is taking me through a refining fire to purify me. I am just going to be faithful and focused. He was wounded and bruised for my transgressions and iniquity..... by His stripes, I am healed. I have become addicted to the word of god bc of this series. I stumbled upon this as I was tacklin a broken heart last week and this has changed my life. Pastor Mike you are a gift to us all! After 34 years, now I see that sex is not an evil thing. It's not the sex which is the sin, it's the separating after sex. There is a difference between a wedding and a marriage. A marriage is when two become one flesh, a wedding is a legal recognition of the union of sex and covenant.
I wish 19 year old me could've watched this almost ten years ago, but I'm even more grateful for it now in this season of celibacy. People may look at me sideways, but I trust God because He made us, and knows us best.

This is giving me wisdom, but is also making my faith grow bigger! Now days, we kinda forgot of the power of our God. Most of the time we don't open our true struggles and problems to him because we don't remember how powerful He is, and that there is NOTHING above Him. Nothing that He can't fix or do. There is NOTHING that can stop Him.

Preach Pastor!!!! This makes me want to gather all the middle-school aged children of our church to talk to them about sex before the are fully exposed to the pervaded version of sex at school. God is good.
I’m 17 and Is on this journey and I know it won’t be easy. However I know I can do anything through Christ who strengthens me and that alone gives me hope. I have many people my age older and younger, even Christians laugh at the idea of celibacy and me taking it serious but I know it is for the best and won’t take their comments to heart.

Come on Pastor Mike! Literally brought to tears when he asked "So how many times have you made God say "I Do" when you didn't? If bringing your sins right to your face doesn't make you want to change for the Lord then I don't know what will - It was like I felt that pain immediately that God feels when we do this, crazy humbling. I'm not even through the video and feel compelled to comment. Pastor Mike is going to save a LOT OF SOULS. Pastor Mike is a blessing.
I was recently exposed to Transformation Church and I had to come back to watch relationship goals because pastor mike just started relationship goals reloaded. But boyyy I thought I was ready for a relationship and he’s been dragging me since the first sermon. This has open my eyes and heart to things that I’ve pushed away from for a long time. All I can say is thank you God.
This sermon had me and my husband speechless and in a reflective state. Thank you for keeping it real about this topic. Now we know.

As someone who has failed sexually, I can tell you that Michael Todd is not lying about the destructive power of sexual immorality by any means.
But PRAISE GOD for all the healing that is available for those who have fallen in this way. Though our souls be wounded, the Lord binds up the afflicted heart that comes to Him in brokenness. What a good God we serve, and though this sin is a part of my past, the Lord has brought me through the dark chasm that sexual immorality will bring you to, and I have never been more satisfied in my singleness!!!! :) What a glorious time to spend yourself on the people of the Church! Wait on the Lord, beloved.

We are commanded in Scripture to test every spirit, to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world, deceiving many (1 John 4:1). Therefore, we are not to believe everything that claims to be from, or of the Lord. This command presupposes an objective foundation upon which to test these spirits. Therefore, you must provide me with this foundation in order to prove that what you're saying is of the Lord, and not of your own subjective feelings of intuition, peace, or what you think you see or don't see.
I also would love to caution you, for your own sake, as well as the sake of the flock that you oversee. I myself fell pray to seductive spirits in the former ways I walked, believing it was God who spoke, when in reality it was not. This wrought great devastation in my life and in the lives of others around me.
Yet, through this hellish destruction, God brought me to a place where I discovered the doctrines of the Sufficiency of Scripture, the Perspicuity of Scripture, and the Providence of God; among others. These doctrines have radically changed the way I live my life in worship to Him. I now serve Him, not based upon what I *feel*, but what I *know*, based upon His written, objective, absolute, and eternal Word. There is no subjectivity in that. There is absolute peace, and absolute confidence in this, for I *know* I walk obediently to Him through it.
I now am able to serve as a pastor of a small flock, and the joy that it brings me to be a conduit for His Word, rightly handled, is beyond my description. I also know, as I'm sure you do too, that we who teach will be judged with much greater severity (James 3), therefore it is incumbent upon me to warn you - in love, my dear brother - that you will be held to account for every soul you lead astray. Well intentioned, or not.
Hell is filled with people who had good intentions. Remember that, dear brother. Let that truth be sobering to you.
That said, I appreciate the heart behind your post, and I pray you will look to His objective, written Word as the only foundation for your life and ministry, as you lead both. Blessings, dear brother.

You have it find someone to talk to even if you can’t go to this church. He’s right the enemy always counts on you staying quiet. I felt the same way but when I reached a good friend helped me. God will place people in your life that will help.

Pastor Mike this series has completely changed me from the inside out, and I cannot wait to go watch part 7 and 8. My understandings of what relationships and sex were created to look like are so much clearer now. I can not begin to explain how grateful I am for finding these videos, I swear everybody should watch them because they 100% will change your life!

It cannot be any clearer than this, the truth is being fully revealed. Sex outside the container God created, which is marriage, produces extreme damages. If we trully trully want to experience the best God has for us in this life let's then stop fooling ourselves, start believing God and do what He says.

This is one of the most powerful videos I've ever heard. It has transcended sex and began to step into other areas of the life of believers. The key is RELATIONSHIP has less to do with wife, friends and family (World view) and more to do with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit (Word view). Michael Todd continue allowing the Holy Spirit to speak by you brother!
I just finished the Stronger series and in the last sermon, Pst Todd tells a story of how the relationship goals series went viral and he noted it as a benchmark in the growth and strength of the church. In this series within the first minute he says "This series will be used a benchmark in the growth of our church". God is good, he truly knows the beginning from the end!
This changed my life! I am a 21 year old girl in her season in singleness, trying to grow closer to God and understand what He has planned for me right now.
