Hello, and welcome to The Common Corner~
It is a big day today, with the final move in to the new July-December Hobonichi Cousin Avec. Bittersweet!
Come along as I change the cover from the old Avec to the new, and reflect on the journey I have had.
Towards the end I will also fill you in on my experience at the 2024 Manchester StationeryFest~ a full haul of my purchases is coming soon in a separate video.

Such a lovely notebook transfer ceremony 🥹 I feel so inspired to build a deeper connection to my planners and notebooks after watching your videos! Thank you so very much for sharing your Hobonichi journey with us all ✨It’s past 11pm in Southern California where I live and though I’ve already settled into bed and wanted to watch a comforting video before resting for the night (your videos have become my new go to comforting planner videos to watch 💕) but now I feel so tempted to hop out of bed to journal even though I work in the morning 😅

I greatly enjoy hearing the true love of your stationery in your voice as you share the ritual of leaving the complete and stepping into the incomplete. You show no hesitation about entering the new. I suspect that reflects how you approach life in general. ❤

I have been watching your videos for a long time, and I must commend your dedication to keeping up with what's left of your tabletop! Also lovely content, as usual. I remember once when I had outwritten a journal. I didn't want to let it go. I tipped in additional pages, I carried it with me for a while even when I already had taken on a new journal. So I understand the sentimental ritual and I respect it as such.

I use a different system than you (a hobonichi weeks and a pocket tn, ) but you just inspire me to make it an enjoyable process and I just so enjoy your videos 😊
