I'm self employed myself running a successful IT business and now its been 12 years, with my own place. I started out in a 12ft x 8ft rented office room with no windows and some slight dirty skyline and now I own my place Alhamdulillah.
What this gentleman says about customer service is no joke. Especially when becoming the best in your field but you still stay humble and learn everyday.

Now, why did I make my comment? I wasn't commenting on the value, I was commenting on the stone built construction and the age of the property.
I've had a few houses myself and one thing I do know, old houses are money pits. Always needing work done and unless a lot of work done to insulate, expensive to heat.
But this owner looks like he has the cash to fund his money-pit.
I also do know Bradford and yep, you can buy very cheap houses up there...but I think this one was a tad more than 250k...

Thats debatable when you have quality places in Birmingham, Manchester, London etc!
@@nostradamus986i guess each person will have their opinion and taste. I just based it on 20 plus years of travelling to different cities around england for food. Not to say there aren't nice places elsewhere. I would agree if someone said better fast food quality and variety elsewhere in England, but I was just basing it on curries alone.

He knows what he's doing and talking about. Learn from him about being your own boss. I work in one of the akbar branches well the Birmingham one. I've been working there on and off now for about 5 years. Every day delivery comes with all products ready with the special akbars recipe masala baged up. Shabir is a fair person and i respect the way he's done everything up to now and god bless him and you and everyone around.
