Those are hay fields. There is someone nearby that would cut and bail that then split the money with you. That's right, someone would pay you to let them cut your grass. These boys have a lot to learn about farm life.

also there's a time to cut hay and a time not to depending on the weather. it needs time to dry and turn to straw before you bale it and if you cut it and it rains a lot while it's cut you've lost it.
They could also get an agricultural tax credit if they grow hay as a “crop”…but, they probably don’t care.
You got that right ! They could got a old sickle bar cutter that would have cut that hay down to a 3”” in nub , now that hay will set and rot , no rake ,no bailer ,dumb azz’s .

Take it easy Tractors roll over easily also use your safety belt and take off the bucket when mowing good luck with it.
Watching them drive it I was thinking to myself that I can already see it lying on its side. lol.
Just a heads up, tractors will last a long time only if properly maintained.
First and foremost: make sure to stay on top of usual maintenance.
Second: don't push the machine. Avoid high RPMs to prevent stress on the hydraulics.
Probably shy away from rippin, if you're able. Tractors are for putting torque to the wheels and PTO.....in other words...WORK.......
New tractors are like new cars need to be broken in over a period of time. Going flat out with a new machine is looking for trouble.

Guys don't leave your new tractor or equipment on the farm. Especially since you have nowhere to lock it up yet! Someone will put the snatch on that tractor in just about a heartbeat! I am excited for the upcoming things for the farm!

So I was passing through Chattanooga on Sunday, swung by the shop. Kinda cool to see it. Told my wife I watched them build those buildings, watched them do those burn outs, watched them almost burn that paint booth to the ground…. Ok, she was not impressed, but I thought it was cool. The dog wasn’t as so thrilled about seeing me.

Kubota of Chattanooga covered a broken spindle under warranty for me 2 years ago on my 60” zero turn. Absolutely love the brand.
I wanted a diesel z turn but the only one they had in stock was in the $30k range so I passed. Went with a Z781EFI 30 hp gas one.

YA'LL should also look into getting an older single axel dump truck without air brakes (so u don't need a CDL license) to pull the tractor and attachments. You're going to be moving a lot of dirt, gravel, etc. and coming from a guy that does construction believe me it will come in very useful. You can pick a good one up for 5,000 to 10,000. diy it all - you can and you should - get some consulting help but generally it will be better and more affordable to diy - rent a dozer, bring in gravel, get the sitework plans finalized and get after it - should be fun
if its up to them, they will DIY for sure. but many of the viewers dont like contents other than cars.

When is the barn to be built? You need it to keep the tractor and mowers out of the weather if you are not planning to go back to Kuboto service for oil changes or grease for the fittings barn would keep you guys out of the weather as well
