It's got the 270° phase crank 👌 just like newer 1312cc VT1300CX(fury) . The Honda rebel 1100, Africa Twin 1100, NC750x have the Harley sound but are parallel twins with the 270° crank. The smaller rebel 500 and bikes like the kawi Vulcan 650s have 180° phase crank and does have that cool "Harley" sound. Bikes like the Yamaha mt-07 also use a 270° parallel twin but tuned for high rpm power and rev to 9,000rpm max vs only around 5,500rpm on a Harley tuned for low end torque.
You hopefully already removed the factory warning stickers on the tank. Mine came right off with a blow dryer and some warm soap and water for any residual left behind.
Nope, It's fuel injected. The TJ's came on it when I bought it, they were a bit too loud for me though, and the way the previous owner routed them warped the fuse box cover and clutch case cover from heat. The clutch case isn't too bad, but the fuse box cover looks terrible. I have since swapped them out with Cobra slashdowns.
Sounds great and looks cool but doesn't fit the bike in my opinion. I think the Cobra pipes really fit the style of the bike best. Still awesome pipes and sound just my taste I suppose.
Harley sound, Honda reliability 👌
Only the single pin aces will ever sound like a harley (I own a vt1100 sounds nothing like a harley)
