- In this video I build a Simple Coffin bill Crankbait made from Balsa Wood. This a Lure you can build without any power tools at all. Hand Carved Balsa Design with Hobby Lobby Balsa and Circuit Board Coffin bill from Barlows Tackle. Painting will be in the Next Video mostly because I haven't decided on the pattern to paint yet. I always heard to use a through wire in balsa because the others will tear out do to balsa being such a delicate wood. Have you had this problem or is it a myth?
I wouldn't say it's a myth I guess it could happen but I have not had that problem yet or had a customer tell me that happened.
