I saw two young able bodied bm in the supermarket car park yesterday begging. They were not disabled, no handicap, nothing wrong with them. But walking harassing people coming in and out supermarket and other stores asking for money. One asking for money to buy lunch or a drink. One look to be in his early 20's, the next in his 30's. Like wow... They can't find something to go do to make money smh.

There was a bm that was homeless but he played saxophone and sold newspapers to make money. My mom found out he owe money from IRS so he remained homeless he could of filed chapter 11 or 13 even though his daughter said he can stay with her, also our boss offered him a part time job and he woud be off in time to go to homeless shelter, so she told me stop give him money.

She means well, but this is so unsafe. I believe he has an untreated or undiagnosed severe mental illness as well, such as schizophrenia or bipolar, AND antisocial personality disorder.
