It really fucks me up how beautiful Zelda is in its simplicity. Yeah, it's a game about a hero going on a quest to save a princess. That's about it, there are some gimmicks, quirky characters, funky mechanics, but at the core, almost every Zelda game is pretty much always about a young man with a heart full of courage going against impossible odds to rescue a princess. And it's just such a beautiful story every time.
Interesting how it mixes elements from different Zelda games... The storm at the start with the uncle ? A Link to the Past. The man with the sword in the cave and the Gabon scene ? The first Zelda. And some stuff from Ocarina of Time
Yeah, pretty sure this is not a single story, but a compilation of multiple moments on multiple Zelda games 0:03 Zelda A Link to the Past 0:19 The Legend of Zelda (NES) 0:48 Zelda Ocarina of Time 1:17 The Legend of Zelda (NES) 1:21 Zelda The Minish Cap 1:39 Zelda Ocarina of Time (see Zelda's design) 2:26 (Unsure. Probably no specific game) 2:38 Zelda Twilight Princess (again, see Zelda's design)
I like how in most of the games before BotW Link was so serious, and then in BotW he's just a little gremlin man wandering around, covered in monster juices and being followed by the ghosts of his 4 long dead friends
This beautiful style of drawing, thematic aproach and your excellent dub, makes me really want very good done Zelda animated series, creating a narrative and world mixing different games like this comic Great experience as always with your videos
...Honestly, I love the Legend Of Zelda because despite everything... it really makes me feel like a Hero going on an adventure. Sure, in many RPG's there are different ways of going about it. But Zelda always felt different. It always carried the same thing. A boy with courage goes to fight against all manners of creatures. From the simplest bats to the biggest of demons. And against all odds, wins. And saves the princess, saves the kingdom even. In other RPG's. It's sometimes 'save the world' or 'stop the dark lord' which is pretty cool but Zelda... Zelda is just save the princess with your courage and the sword that you wield. Be it forged by the Goddesses above or by the tiny mythical creatures unseen with the power to split you into four. That's Zelda. Save the Princess against all odds... simple and easy. Kind of a nice change of pace sometimes.
That was flawless that was actually beautiful just hands down great job, the music and sound effects are good and the performance was spot on, good on ya!

Nothing like a good old fashioned Zelda comic, magnifico.
One might even say "Di molto!"
I've got to admit it, the little "I have come for you. Only you. And now, I have no idea what to say." That got me. Great voice acting as always!
That line was something unexpected. Favorite part of it all.
no wonder link doesn't talk; when it's time to, his mind goes blank
“This is no gift, it is a curse.” Honestly sums up the whole timeline.

He's still serious, it's just the player has way more freedom to make him do goofy things, plus all Links had their quirks
classics, glad to see them voiced!
It's been a while since I saw Zelda comic, really nice

Wow. This was a nice interpretation of Link as a human, not just a hero. Good job on the VO!
