Bryan's first "aha moment", sounds like after birth of my first child and then standing up and my diaphram could move down - where she had been - amazing feeling being able to have a full breath again.

Wow. What a great conversation. I love Bryan and his story. This just reinforced and reminded me of just how important the breath is.
I'm becoming more conscious of my breathing throughout the day and it has helped me so much already❤

Another reminder to me of how to use the breath to determine whether or not I am running within or outside of my respiratory envelope, and the dangers associated with veering too far outside of it

Great awareness. The dangers aren't immediate they're more insidious over time that lead to a host of physiological issues

    Great video!!
I have a question about the exhale!!
I exhale well with good mechanics and good control. Its not fast, its relaxed.
But then sometimes my inhale is short and fast( to a point where i can´t ear so i think is not that fast ) and then i am stil able to exhale a lot, relaxed and not fast.
Isnt that expeling too much carbon dioxide, and not inhaling enough.
Should i be concerned if i tend to do this often, because when i am focused i do this. I don´t inhale much and keep exhaling a looot
    Thank you
