A business isn't a way to get rich fast. A business is simply when you learn to do these 3 things really well:
1) Creating or finding great products/services to sell.
2) Putting those products in front of the right customers.
3) Giving those customers a great reason to buy.
And each person will have their own journey to get there with a LOT of hard work & sacrifices along the way 💪👊
On this channel, we discuss all topics for ecommerce business owners (with a sprinkle of motivation thrown in too) to help them master these 3 things! On this channel, we offer:
* Case studies on successful ecommerce stores.
* Tutorials for apps & online tools.
* Low-cost, beginner-friendly product sourcing methods (Print On Demand & Dropshipping).
* Sales psychology tactics to increase conversions & get customers to buy from you & to click on your ads.
* Videos to help you with the "legal stuff" (creating refund policies, setting up taxes, etc).
So if you are someone who is building (or want to build) a REAL business (especially with ecommerce) & want to follow channels with actionable content to help you along your journey & make your store even better, subscribe today! 🔥 - Jak na to + styl
Hi everybody. Last night I was admitted to the hospital with an appendicitis! Surgery was successful 🙏 but I am not well enough to answer most peoples questions this week, sorry! My next video may also be delayed too 🙏
Get well soon! health is priority, best wishes!
Oh no! Please get well soon
Get well and get rest. You are the only guru I listen to.
Don't worry, just take good care of yourself and all will be well
get some rest and take care of yourself !!! All The Best !
I'm really glad you mentioned Etsy - I've been looking into it as a place to sell stationery/etc through dropshipping because so many other people seem to be doing the same thing. Turns out they have a huge loophole where, if you categorize your items as a "supply", you can resell commercial items! Obviously this doesn't work for the scenario you discussed, but that's how so many people are getting around the handmade restriction and reselling items from Aliexpress, etc.
Also, if you add your logo/design (which you can do on many AliExpress items), it's now partially created by you.
what is a commercial items
8:27 - *"My guess is that this is the one that people will probably be the most likely to get right"*
What? Fortnite? I would never have guessed that. In fact, it SCREAMS of *Jurassic Park.*
I must be 15-20 years older than this crowd. :)
You're not alone in this. I've never seen that stupid llama anywhere else before watching this video
Yea i think that’s why she used that font. To include us old geezers
Same! 😂
I feel ancient.
It's a blend of both Fortnite ans Jurassic Park.
Another awesome video from The Dropshipping Queen! Good to see you again Sarah, and Thanks again : )
Fortnite won't let you make a llama T-shirt that infringes on their copyright yet steals the Carlton Dance for its game. How ironic!
Alfonso Rivera also stole that dance so it's ok.
ALSO STOLE THE GAME!!!!! It was stolen from PubG
why tf would u sell fortnite tshirts anyway
Who said they didn't pay for the Carlton Dance?
JustinHit they didn’t and it isn’t the Carlton dance. He stole it from Courtney Cox who did it Bruce Springsteen’s video.
Another awesome video Sarah!
I love the legality short cut statement which we get a log on the internet.
Some people think that when an article or e-book is posted on the internet, it automatically becomes public domain which it does not, in fact, according to US Copyright law, it automatically becomes copyright protected.
Very helpful! I thought this would be a video on what products don't sell. Could you do a video on that? Like obviously t-shirts and mugs sell but what doesn't sell well for POD? Blankets? Photo frames?
Very good question!
Yay dancing Sarah is back!very informative video.told me what not to sell.
I've been looking for this info. Thank you very much
Just found your channel, like what I'm seeing/hearing so far! Oh, I got 5 measly points :( but learned a lot:)
I just came here to say Thank you for always bringing awesome content :)
Awesome vid as always 👌👍♥️
A lot of great info on your channel for print on demand. I used to dropship but stopped due to sales slowing to nothing on my eBay but this has me thinking of a lot of new ideas to get back in.
thank you for providing us these information.. very helpful ☺
I love the gamification twist. Just a little freshness.
Not gonna lie. Watched most of this just for the adorable dances during the timers, lol
Have my designs up for 2 weeks and only 3 sales...some ppl are luckier than others, sigh!
It’s amazing how you speak as though you’ve had 20 yrs of experience! It’s awesome
3 SALES IN 2 WEEKS is actually pretty good....remember it takes time to get established
I just discovered you and I have to admit that you are awesome❣ Thanks a lot for all your good advices❣
Your little count-down dance is adorable!
Thanks Sara
Another great video !
Thanks for subtitles, great video from France !
Great video!! Right on time :D
Thank you so much for talking about selling anime merch. I have been looking for the answer to that question for so long! Great video!
PS: thank you, great creative videos and dances as always
Video was super helpful. Thank you for the knowledge
GREAT info, Sarah. Thank you!!
the I "heart" NY logo has been trademarked since the early 1970s. The designer, Milton Glaser, is someone that you end up studying in art school.
"Let's get ready to ....tumble!"
That is TOO close for comfort.
@@user-pm9ww8hs7d You can't say, "That is TOO close for comfort." It's trademarked.
Fair use. Parody.
@@niicopanda I think parody applies to copyright, not trademark.
THANK YOU! I'm so tired of people feeding institutionalized fan-art t-shirt sites like Qwertee.
Perfect timing for a perfect video! Thanks.
Get well soon Sarah! Look after yourself and we'll see you whenever you're ready and back to form.
I am terrible at the game but love how fun you make learning. I have been watching for a long time and sincerely appreciate all of your time, efforts and hard work. I wish you and yours the very best of everything my friend. :) (I think I got like 5 points ) :-/
This is incredibly helpful thank you
Just signed up for the ecom clubhouse. Learning so much from you! Thanks 🙏

❤
I wish you also the best
Thank you! Same to you ❤
Im so diggin you accent ! Thanks for the tips
Thanks Sarah...as always very informative.
Hi Sarah. I have a question and I will be happy if you answer me. The question is: How do I make sure, that I have rights to resell and to use images from Shutterstock for commercial products? I mean to use images for print-on-demand t-shirts.
Thank you for your video! Very good! What about creating a "collage" of images? Would that be ok?
I just found your channel and I am so in love with your content
Sarah you rock. And I’m happy you look healthy. Keep it up. Thank you
So... how many points did you win? (And yes, there are additional reasons why you might not sell those designs... but to win the points, you had to guess the ones in the video!)
Sarah you are perfect in every way.
Watching...
Sarah is awesome and beautiful have a great day my friend
Hi sarah, can you do a video on how to build an email list ? And thank you for this video)
Cool idea. I'll definitely note that down! Do you mean an email list for an ecommerce store, or just in general.
You CAN make a tshirt with a Transparent background to put on a black shirt,as was the case of that last example. I am doing this with one of my own products.
Brilliant video! I have a question about the trademark thing. What happens if you create something with a saying that is not currently trademarked but later on becomes trademarked? Will that company come sue you or will they look up the uploaded time stamp of your product and their purchase of a trademark? Thanks
8:12 Hopefully, *Usain Bolt* doesn't sue _you!_ Lol
I know nothing about your niches, but i love watching your very interteining and informative videos. cheers
The green screen keying is really good I must say.
Milton Glaser was the Artist, who created the iconic I ❤ NY
Was still alive when this video was made.
RIP to a legend
Thanks for these advise!
Hope you feel better soon, Sarah! 😊
Etsy doesn't seem to police the images very closely on trademark or copyright rules. I'm sure, eventually, some get stopped but I see TONS as I purchase digital prints to make repurposed books and run across a lot of such images.
I see soooooo many popular products “inspired” by popular trademarked characters like the office or sailor moon and I thought that wasn’t allowed but 🤷🏻♀️
Thank you for this video. Great information. I especially like the info on anime fan art. T
Absolutely a delightful video!
I always learn something new watching your videos Sarah 😃
As always content useful thank you so much.!
Happy new month, Sarah. Cool video as usual, and a true eye opener on products one should not promote. I nearly goof on this.
Hmmmm We are on Instagram, are we? Great!
10:46 Wholesale Ted, your premonition was spot-on. Anime fans, beware. Anime companies are cracking down on stores, sites, merch, etc. that sell their art without permission.
On putting a black background on a black shirt, if you add a white stroke in photoshop to the black background it separates the colors and looks cleaner
Absolutely lifesaving content, thankyou (I hope you're feeling better after your surgery ^_^ )
PS 25 Points O:-)
The first one is mind blowing lol. Great content.
I gained no points. But I learnt a lot from this video. Thank you very much Sarah.
Sarah thank you for sharing great info👍
This is interesting stuff!!!!!! Thanks for the helpful content.
I really enjoy your content. Very helpful. Thank you
wow, your videos are really awesome. Thank you
That’s why you create your own design and put it on the items...
Liked your video so much. Just subscribed !
Great video! Thanks a lot!
Hey Sarah, do you know the term for a group of pugs? A group of pugs is called a "grumble". Let's get ready to grumble!!! Just an idea :)
Very helpful. Thank you.
these videos are very educational.
Great video! Just started my own POD store!
Wow thank God I watched this. This video is very helpful. Thank you!
Interesting and educational content. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for the info..
Always so helpful Sarah! You even have my 12 year-old son excited about your videos.
you got really good skills in dancing Sarah!
I love your work!
Youre a very good explainer. Thank you.
Thankyou for this video Sarah. Been watching your videos on and off for a couple of years. Am getting started with print on demand and its good to know. Is there a way you can find out who the original artwork belongs to. I have been playing around with pinterest photos and doing silhouettes of some images and changing positions of arms or legs...just wondering if this is also copyrighted.
You can have the black/white background on a black shirt if it has a border outline around it with a different color, just not without the border outline on a different colour and aslong as the colour of the border outline isn't the same as the shirt because that would apply to the same design principle as the black background being on a black shirt.
Helpful thx!
so happy i watched this. i have a contracted design line of products in my etsy shops. though i gave him credit in every product description, i didn't in my About me! Thanks for the warning!
Question Chris, so if I hired someone on Fiver all I need to do is mention him on the product description and about me?
Better yet create it as a PNG and then it won't matter what color you use. as background.
Thank you for the video! How do you know if a saying/quote is trademarked or not?
Love your videos, you're a natural!
I like your shirt. ;) I love your little dances. lol Big fan. Love your videos.
Hi! First of all, I hope you are already fully recovered from your surgery and thank for your priceless advice on this channel. I have a question regarding the trademarked quotes or catchphrases, do you know where to check if they are legally protected? Thank you in advance!
Hi ! I admire your videos, every time you give so much information and value. You motivated me to take an action and since yesterday I am a new student in your dropshipping club! It's so helpful so far. When it goes about this video, I am very concerned about one specific thing which is trademarked logo of the brand, or rather its FONT. Is font trademarked too or can I re-use it or re-purpose it?
Every font has it's own license, so if you want to check, just google "[FONT NAME] License" but replace [FONT NAME] with the actual font name. I talk about it in this video: czcams.com/video/3yp1TspeVMs/video.html
If you're just planning on using a logo's font, like say, take the Disney logo & use the Disney logo font to write your own slogan, then that is technically illegal. The letters used in the logo text design (that you want to use in your font) protected under trademark laws.
loved the vid.
Unbelievable!!!. People went so far to trademark even phrases. Thanks Sarah for the warning.
Fan art for Pokemon! Always great advice Sarah. Now if I could just figure out what TO sell. lol
Hi, Sarah. Thank you for the great info.!! Found your videos recently & they are so helpful. OK, questions. How about the use of the short quotes by the famous historical figures? OR ... generic old photos of their faces with well edited effects or B/W filter? Can you place them on the products? Thnx in advance.
Love the hair and the jingle wiggle... love from Aucks
Thank You for this video..
Hope you are ok and out of hospital now! Ok some very useful points here. So it begs me to ask the question. Where do we go to find out if what we want to use on mugs / T-Shirts etc. is or is not a ™ ....?
Get well soon from Canada!
Great video. So many people don't understand the fundamentals of copyright, licensing, trade marks and royalties. I scored 145 but maybe my maths is not that good.
Love these videos! Thumbs up... But I can't think when you're dancing lol
