EXACTLY!!!! And that's why she could never get the help she really needed every time she called the cops! So sad!!! I've led women DV support groups and the 2 scariest professions an abusive partner could have is a pastor and a cop! The ladies in my group often dealt with the same levels of stalking and inside trickery that Mica dealt with! Down to the tracking devices, the commitment to Psych wards, and so much more! I'm so glad she was able to get that binder of evidence to her lawyer before she passed away!

It wasn’t hard after seeing that to figure out he was a teenaged predator. He’s gross. Too many out there like that grifting. And all that stuff about tilting, Jesus was telling the Pharisees that they needed to tithe, that they would tithe with mint and and herbs but would neglect justice mercy and faithfulness, and that sums up all these grifters like JP and these prosperity Gospel preachers do and those that prey on the congregation. I remember my mother telling me how our Jewish friends were puzzled on how they knew how much they expected Christians were supposed to give, and to them it made no sense. I’m not saying you shouldn’t support your church and ministry if you can, but it’s obscene when you pressure people to tithe when they are struggling themselves.
My sweet papa always said Jesus doesn’t expect you to give when you can’t, and that’s why Jesus was always commenting about the rich because they hoarded their wealth and wouldn’t help the sick or poor and old and widows, that why he said to the wealthy hypocrites “I do not know you for what you do to the least of me you have done to the least of my people, you have done to me.”:Because they didn’t care about people and he told them they wouldn’t be in heaven with him, because they cruelly ignored the vulnerable.
