Breakfast - Shreddies with semi-skimmed milk
Lunch - Pasta salad - comprising of pasta, yellow peppers, red peppers, tomatoes and salad dressing.
Dinner - Chicken and vegetable risotto and a yoghurt.

Also lots of tea x

lunch-tomato soup with cheesy garlic bread,strawberries and water
snack-a pack of cool original doritos or pink wafers
dinner-cheese and tomato pizza with chicken(probably from dominos)and coke and dominos cookies or pineapple lolly

Breakfast: Massive bowl of granola, semi skimmed milk with orange juice or two slices of peanut butter on toast with orange juice.
Lunch: 1-2 sandwiches, large cereal bar, babybel, crackers, apple or banana and small yoghurt.
Snack: Mini cheddars/cereal bar/slice of peanut butter on toast.
Dinner: Pesto pasta with cheese and garlic bread
Pudding: Fruit and yoghurt
