Episode 459x30x24 - The Goldilocks of monitors
It has EVERYTHING 💥ROG's XG27ACS is the model gaming monitor for 2024 - Věda a technologie
Great review, just bought this monitor a week ago, very straight forward features. Plus the HDR, been enjoying games with HDR features, Forza Horizon 4/5, Cyberpunk 2077, Doom Eternal, etc. 😍
Most Filipinos' salary is only 15-30k/monthly. Thats why majority is still stuck at 1080p.
Good thing, 1440p monitors prices have significantly dropped in the recent years. AOC provides a great value. 144-165hz 1440p IPS at only below 14k pesos.
hindi mo ba narinig na 1440p attainable na nga daw. Sa mga hindi majority attainable. pero sa majority na simpleng mamayanan ay standard sa atin ang 1080p. 😁
Lg 27gp850-b or xg27acs? 🤔
I recently bought a new 1440p monitor and was actually deciding between this one and MSI MAG 274QRF QD E2. Both are IPS 1440p 180hz monitor but chose the MSI monitor even though it's around 1k php more expensive since it has +1 HDMI port, +2 USB A Ports (I use this for my wireless keyboard and mouse dongle) and I can actually charge my phone using the USB C port there (need to turn on in app to use as a charger though). Although this Asus monitor looks like it has better out of the box settings as the MSI monitor came out as oversaturated for me but using sRGB mode in MSI's Gaming Intelligence app made it better. MSI's new monitor might also be worth a look.
What is much better than GIGABYTE M27Q in terms of pricing?
black bleed? ips glow?
Asus TUF VG27AQL3A or Asus ROG XG27ACS?
Question lng po hehe may AMD FREESYNC ba to? (Currently have rx7800xt po) Looking for 2k monitor
meron bang built-in speaker?
it is worth it to sell my ASUS Tuf VG27AQL3A and buy this ROG XG27ACS?
Just got my Samsung G70B for 25,000 pesos and I must say it's the most bang for buck monitor I have ever purchased. Played witcher 3 again in ultra+ rt on with this monitor ( 1st time I played witcher 3 was with my previous laptop 17" 1080p 60hz low settings ) and I must say I was blown away
Would it be possible though if you can review other oled monitors? I am specifically interested in MSI MEG 321URX?
getting a new monitor and then replaying old games is one of life's secret bonus experiences 👍
if we can get our hands on them we're happy to review, just figuring out how to get them without breaking the bank is the trick
@hwsph Yup! One of the best things a gamer can ever experience. I just hope devs would follow suit on what CD Projekt did with witcher, remastering games for free
still quite pricey. hopefully you can get your hands on some Koorui monitors
meron po ako nyan. pwede malaman ano pong settings gamit nyo dyan? racing mode ba or scenery? slmat
for this monitor di ko na ginalawa but for my stan asus monitor I have it set to racing and then tweak the settings a little
@@hwsph hindi ko kasi nakita out of the box settings nya basta pag dating kc nag factory deaulft agad ako hehe
picked one up as a gift for my brother, got it on sale for 215 usd, he is going from a 1080p tn 144hz 24 incher, to this one 27 inch 180Hz ips 😁
good price, good upgrade!
sent back mine (return Refund) cauz of Horizontal Flickering and Couples of Blackouts ( the store 'PH' said they din't see the problem) ASUS Thing WARRANTY
PH was willing to refund even if they denied the problem? (just curious, always on the look out for how other shops do their warranties)
Speaking of Asus, HS what r your thoughts on their allegedly scammy support? Dami ko nkita vids na worst daw yung official support nila pag ni return mo for repair/warranty yung product na binili mo yung iba na overcharge/sinira intentionally/or ginawan ng defects pra pag bayarin ka na hindi mo nman ginawa wew.
I've only seen the first few minutes of the GN video
I haven't had to deal with Asus support directly (here in the PH the usual process is customer sends it back to the shop where he got it, shop sends it back to the distributor where they got it, the brand isn't usually directly involved)
although we have had distributors (for other brands, not Asus) rejecting our rma requests for "ticky-tack" reasons like those detailed in the GN video (eg. small aesthetic scratches which do not affect performance at all/do not indicate customer tampering)
@@hwsph Thanks for your thoughts. I have bought and used their products for a couple years now and thankfully never pa ako nka experience na nag return for repair/warranty. I was under the impression that they have a solid and reliable support when it comes to this but lately nag dadalawang isip nko na bumili ng mga high end products nila tulad ng rog ally or any of their laptops/kb/mice cuz of the spreading vids about their supp 😅.
shoutout sa mga walang alam daw sa torrents
but 24 is use in eSports and i think 24inch TN is so faster than this monitor 😂
