Hi Becca thanks for your question. You’ll have to measure your client to get that measurements. However if you don’t have that measurement you’ll simply take 2.5 inches out of the hip measurements. For example my hip is 44. Around my knee area is 34. 44-34=10. 10 divided in to 4 is 2.5. So this measurement should work. I hope this helps. You can let me know if you need more explanation ❤️
